It's okay. It's not bad at all. It's just something about and the design It could be because I'm used to playing. What's my age controller? And also I had a hard time connecting it, you have to keep playing with it every time you go. Let's to use it. I'll give it. A big thumbs down, I'll just wait for the p.S p to come out

The device itself is well-made and feels pretty premium. It’s also so much lighter than I expected, which is nice. However, you need a pretty darn good internet connection to make it work. I’ve used it on fast wifi and 5G+ hotspot while being away from my PS5, and it doesn’t work very well at all. It often disconnects or just lags terribly. The only time I’ve been able to make it work decent is when I’m at home and in the same room as the PS5 and on the same wifi. My internet is 400mbps for reference, and my PS5 is wired directly to the router. Only then will its performance be decent, but good luck playing any multiplayer games on it. There’s at least a 200ms lag even when the connection is at its best, and that is really hard to work with in a fast-paced multiplayer game that requires quick reactions. It’s really only been useful when my family wants to watch TV, but I want to play the PS5. Otherwise, it’s been a disappointment when I’m using it outside of the house.

Great little handheld, if your on the fence about purchasing one I will say that I’ve had zero problems with the portal, I’m about to use it at work on slow days, COD is a little delayed because of so much going on, but playing superstar mode on madden, Carter on 2K it works flawless, also about to run GT7 smoothly as well, it feels great in your hand as well. Go get you one

It keeps getting better and better. Every update from Sony adds new life to this thing. Honestly its such a simple concept but it works so well. 10/10 (granted you need to have a reliable internet connection.)

This is not a seperate system. It is an extension of your ps5 and allows you to play the system on the go as long as you and the system is connected to the iternet. Its a great alternative to remote play and its screen and speakers are definitely immersive enough for you to enjoy the experience

Not a huge fan. Ended up returning it. Connection does not work very well even if on the same wifi network as the PlayStation and it constantly looses connection. Can get the same result using an iPad and remote play if you have one. I just can't justify the price point for those few setbacks. Great concept though just needs some improvement with connections

Great little game system. I love the idea of playing a game without waking up one , or gaming a game and watching a movie at the same time on same Television. Very cool and easy to use.

Bought this for my son. He loves it. Only thing wasnt a fan of is that you have to put your playstation on sleep mode before using it. Can't be used simultaneously.

Excellent product. Great for gaming when away from the tv..multiple updates constantly make it even better.

Excellent little device. Love having the ability to play my games remotely and even away from home! A huge update has made this even better. With a PlayStation Premium account you can stream cloud gaming!

Got this for my husband for Christmas and he enjoys it very much! It’s so nice, and the screen is fantastic

Took this thing on my trip and it was amazing! Yes it stutters at times but it’s only a cloud streaming device but it’s super cool!

Was a gift. Was a little difficult to get connected and has to have a strong wifi for it to work well. It has worked great since we were able to connect it to home wifi and the PS5.

Ps portal is an accessory and great for those times where someone wants to play the PS5 in the room others want to watch tv. Both connect the device to your wifi, and follow the setup steps. Easy to follow and works pretty well. It came in handy on Christmas family nights and allowed everyone to be happy which is what this time of year is all about

The app is amazing and wonderful. If Best buy doesn't have the product in store they make online so comfortable to sit from your home sonyou can continue to check when your product is available and it allows you to order it to the store. I love it we had a awesome experience thankyou Best buy and all staff

If you have a good WiFi at home this thing is amazing, if your internet isn’t so good then it might get frustrating with lag

I like the Idea of this thing, works for what I want it to do which is to play my games when the tv is being used by my nieces. The connection is spotty when in the same room but ok when near the system. Next time I would have just bought another tv.

Before I made my purchase, I went into my local Best Buy and tried to purchase it in person but didn’t realize that the item I wanted was a popylar item and hard to get. I then was advise to check the BestBuy.com and sure enough, I got it the same day. Best Buy is the best company and ranked one of the highest customer satisfaction!
