It is a great device, but requires good internet connection to play and to turn the PS5.

I experience zero lag with the Portal after connecting my PS5 directly to my wifi with a cat6a (75ft). The price is right for what it does. My only complaint is Sony's gaming division, once again, making things unnecessarily difficult to charge.

Very practical, and as always, excellent delivery service from Best Buy.

Got one for my son and then bought a second one for my husband. They both love this system! Highly recommended for anyone who loves to game or even moms or dads who need a way to play on some free time when the tv is in use.

Your milagr may vary but in my experience I get a console quality gaming experience 90% of the time. The other 10% is very laggy and basically unplayable. Still happy with the PS Portal overall and prefer to play on it compared to a laptop or phone.

MulitRoom, Multiplayer hook ups and i dont have to interrupt anyone elses tv time. Make breakfast, take a bath, never miss a min of gameplay!

As long as you have a strong wifi this device is amazing. I would recommend making sure your PS5 is hardwired. Mine already was so no issues. But ive heard of other folks having issues if their PS5 was connected Wi-Fi rather than it being hard wired.

Keep in mind you need a PS5 to pair with this. This is streaming from the PS via remote play. You meed a stable and string wifi connection to use this well. But it works great for folks who need to share a TV or want to be away from the TV when gaming! For $200 i think its worth it!

Fun to play lounging. Also great since i dont have a great tv. The screen is clear and bright.

My PlayStation portal is everything that I wanted and everything that I asked for my only problem is the Wi-Fi feature in the portal doesn’t seem as strong and has some lagging problems but other than that it worked fine.
