Build quality is absolutely awesome. The device is so fun to play when it works properly. Since it can only be used for remote play, keep in mind that you need to have the best high speed internet connection to get a stable, ongoing experience.

Amazing device and pefrect for it’s purpose. The few issues about this device could be a make or break for a lot of people. First bluetooth isn’t supposed on this device, connecting headphones wirelessly isn’t possible (unless you have the sony headphones that are compatible with it). Second but most important is that this device doesn’t support web browsing. Most internet connection at hotels, coffee shop, ect wont allow you to connect until you accept term on a pop up window through a website. Unfortunately this doesn’t allow that at all making it even more limited of where you can take it. Moral of the story is when it’s good it’s great but when it’s bad it’s trash.

So i bought this thinking it runs independently of my PlayStation but it doesnt! Which is fine! This is the best item for new dads or dads that cant watxh tv with the kids around. Just pop in your head phones and boom! PS5 at your fingertips!!

Best handheld console since psp. My wife bought it as an early Christmas gift and I love it, works perfectly with my phones hotspot.

Great handheld, good connectivity and great graphics. Would definitely recommend for any gamer who wants to be able to play on the go that has a PS5 at home.

It does not connect when WiFi signals are weak. It require good download speed.

The screen and feel are amazing! The down side is the connection. First it take a long time for it to connect to the PS5 even when sitting right next to it. Secondly it freezes when playing the games at time. Thirdly it knocks you off the system all together and you have to try and connect again all over again. Im currently trying to reconnect to wwe 2k23. Strongly considering returning the item.

Really enjoy the product. Make sure you have a good wi fi signal to get the most out of it but makes the PS5 more enjoyable than it was!

With the new update why wouldnt you grab one! It was made for those that cant seem to find time to play.

Sometimes the connection lost. You need some pods or auricular because the minimum sound level is loud, and no Bluetooth connection, you must spends another $200 for the buds. The buttons and stick feels amazing. Good size for display.

Love it. I get to play it out on my deck in the morning with a cup of hot coffee…

I have excellent internet connection/speeds, my PS5 is directly plugged into my router, and I still ran into issues with the Portal freezing up and losing connection. When it functioned properly, it was pretty cool. My ps5 is in my office, so it was nice to play on the couch. But my short gaming sessions with the portal were riddled with these kinds of issues. Faulty device maybe? But remote play functions fine on my phone anywhere in my home. Ended up returning. The screen is nice though, even though its not an OLED.

PlayStation portal was made for someone like me! Someone who likes to take gaming on the go. Feels good in the hands and comfortable to play on.

The PlayStation plus catelogue is great. It is trumy fun.

Purchased this for my son but turns out my daughter uses it more. Watching her play it makes me want to play at time's. But i haven't played video games in years. I like the screen and the display. Kids and their electronics.

The PS Portal is great if you know what you’re buying. It’s a streaming game device. If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s great. I love it. Allows me to play my ps5 without taking control of the TV so my family can use the TV.
