I really enjoyed itost of the time but once a while I couldn't connect to ps5, everything seems good like internet and wireless and cabled connected to ps5. i believe its a software issue i hope the fix it soon

I was skeptical of this device at first but after reviews and on hand experience, this device is great for playing portably. When you have to share the tv with the kids, this device is a godsend.

Great handheld device that allows gaming on the go. Very comfortable in hand and it’s lightweight

It is excellent for when you are using the TV and want to play a game in the peace of your home. In my case, there are no problems, everything is very fluid in terms of connection and it feels very solid, and well built.

I did a lot of homework on this device before buying it and so I knew that it’s not a perfect device, but I also knew I could still have a good time with it. The screen is great, the sound is great, the battery is great. The only issues to be aware of are that because it’s a streaming device, depending on the quality of the Wi-Fi you’re on you may experience lag and you can’t play with wireless headphones unless you either buy Sony’s headphones or use a third-party adapter. Again, however, because I knew these things going into it I still love this thing more than I thought I was going to.

The portal has been a game changer for me. I love being to pick up and just move around the house, being with my kids and being able to just put this down and pick it right back up every few minutes is great. Perfomance is fully dependent on your internet speeds, im well above the minimum for download/upload and my PS5 is wired directly to my router, so it just works great wherever i take it. I have a macbook that i was using, and i could also play on my phone, but having this own seperate device is just nice for what it is. Im highly satisfied with my portal, and i hope with enough interest sony decides to make a true portable console.

It was the perfect gift for my son. No problems with it. He takes it everywhere.

Excellent addition to a ps5. Understand what the product is and it excels. Not a PSP 2.0, but a refined backbone with integrated ui and such for Sony specifically.

This portable PS5 is the best, thanks to Best Buy.

Does what it’s advertised to do, also needs a strong reliable internet connection for it to function properly.
