Love the ability to use it anywhere. Only problem is some connection stability issues depending on your home WiFi strength. Also wish there’s more options for cloud gaming.

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it!! The only thing we wish would could change is being able to play on the PS5 while he plays on the portal. Other than that’s it’s an amazing system to take on the go.

When I first bought this product I quite frankly did not enjoy it due to the connectivity issues. Through my research I’ve discovered that the issues has be corrected and may purchase this again after returning it.

It’s extremely fun. Works very well! As long as you have a solid internet connection and your PS5 isn’t downloading anything, it runs great!

I was on the fence when it first came out. But now with the updates it's definitely worth it.

As always the folks at Best Buy show day after day that they are the best in the business. I had a myriad of questions and the young lady had answers.(wish I would have gotten her name) Described what I wanted and she took me to the PS Portal. What a great device. Thanks for everything miss!

It works awesome! Plays all my games no problem. Graphics and sound are great

This has veen great for days im feeling sick and dont want to get out of bed or just want to lay in a specific spot and play. Its also great if youre in one of those situations where your ps5 is in a family room and the tv is being used. The LCD screen is really bright and great quality. Sound is amazing. There are alot of people speaking negative about the product, but considering its sold out and hard to find in some places, i think that speaks for itself.

I definitely love the portal. I was surprised by how well it works. The video quality is great and the audio is awesome. The fact that it has the same haptic feedback as a dual sense controller is icing on the cake. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because there are some drops in connection, which causes the portal to sometimes disconnect, but it reconnects right away. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase.

I love the feel of this device . The ergonomic is great to me . Especially when I compare it to the steam deck and the rog ally . When you have a good connection it works great. Can't say it's perfect but ,the quality of the screen and size of the screen is better than using my phone for gaming . It's a great accessory to go with the PS5 . I am able to play it outside my house without issues, granted I have to have good solid wifi connection .

I’ve been hesitant to get this device after looking at initial reviews, but overtime I had seen positivity go up and I finally jumped on it. I’ve had it now for two weeks and I can say that this is a purchase well-made it’s exactly how I envisioned it would be. It’s not perfect, but it definitely does what I need it to do
