Excellent open box product, really the Best Buy ratings are very accurate regarding the product, the condition was perfect and the operation was luxurious. The PS Portal is definitely not for everyone because of its features but it more than fulfills what it promises.

Theres not too much latency but as long as you have decent wifi, screen quality is also impresive for it toniust be 1080 suprisingly they just didn’t immediately drop it as just an OLED but its great still. Analogs may take a little getting used too they feel a bit slicker but some foam bumpers should do the trick.

I bought this portal as an early Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loves it.

This product is amazing it is great for the holidays! It pairs perfectly with the ps5 and can be used anywhere in the house I love it! I would highly recommend it only down side is you need to be connected to a PlayStation 5 to use it, but overall a solid product with great battery life! It’s also way more worth it than the backbone that requires a phone and uses a much smaller display!

Such a beautiful handheld runs very well no latency or lag for me. Now you dont have to hook up to your console you can play so many games on the cloud. Very impressed like it better than my switch

Connects to my playstation like butter, feels good to play anywhere in my house. Only slight lag. Would recommend to anyone who just wants to hang in different rooms or if you have that limited number of tvs and want to play while someone is watching something else.

Is it worth the buy….YES! Does it do everything we all asked for NO! But given that said it handles well. If you have good internet it will provide the ability to be all over the house. Now I am told if you have a hotspot on phone it’ll work with that too. Haven’t tried it yet. But will. FYI- get ready for EA college Sports 2025- the whole reason I bought one.

The portal remote works as intended when it comes to playing games. It will occasionally have hiccups when playing as far as frame rates, therefore I would not recommend it for fast action pace games. Another downside to it is that it won't play any media apps, only games.

I travel a lot for work and use a personal hotspot for it. It lags a lot and the picture isn’t the best and disconnects from the PS5. It’s a great concept, I wish it could be better.
