No offline mode and good internet connection + wifi 6 these 2 are needed in order to have a good play experience. The controller is a Playstation 5 mirror meaning everything u do there is the same thing as the TV. Pros you don't need to turn on the TV to play. Bad things no offline mode you must be connected with a stable connection or wifi high speed and of course you ps5 on

Great for road trips or vacations, as long as your ps5 is on rest mode you’re in business away from home

Over a good device, beta streaming is nice but limited game selection at this time. Once that expands, it will be 5*. A little awkward for the center button as it is on the touch screen, takes some getting used to. ,,,

In general, this seemed pointless … until I got it. Now, I am very impressed with it. It’s lightweight and on my WiFi6 mesh network it’s seemingly without lag. Suddenly I can take the PS5 to another room without physically moving it.

PS5 suffers from the shackles of console gaming. Ur stuck in one stationary location. I have put half a dozens hours on the PS5 vs the hundreds on the Switch. The portal acts as a Nintendo Switch: go where ever, play whenever (strong WiFi required). I’ve had little issues with lag and slow connection, granted I’m near high speed WiFi spots.

I got this so that my brother can play remotely without being in my room. Although depending on your network connection it could be a little choppy, when you have good connection then it works great! I went with this over the backbone because of the dualsense feel and still getting all the features of a dualsense controller.

Not the greatest I feel like this device bugs out and disconnects way too much from the system. Don’t recommend especially with how expensive it is.

It would have been amazing if tjis could download games. Strictly internet made this lag so bad for me.

System really comes in handy when you want to play your ps5 and use your tv for something else at the same time

This thing is awesome at what it does. The most authentic way to play remotely. You just need fast stable wifi and the right ports opened. Tried to use it at a Marriot and their onsite router had the requisite ports blocked. Had to use wifi hotspot from phone which wasn't ideal.

Absolutely love this thing. For it to work to work its best you will need to connect an Ethernet cable to your PlayStation. it wouldn't work for me without it. But I love that I can play my games in bed without keeping the hubby up

This is the perfect companion to the PS5. With the recent update that allows you to stream directly from the cloud with a playstation plus premium account, youll have planty of options to keep you entertained. The screen is gorgeous.

Really good experience, quick and efficient with a pick up order. Overall had a great first experience with the pick up option, definitely recommend and will do it again

It’s a very fun handheld device for the PS5. I found myself playing my games more because I could be anywhere to play as long as I have a reliable WiFi connection. I did noticed that FPS games doesn’t run as well on it but all other games I’ve played in different genres works great. Definitely a must-buy if you like playing games in another room than where your console is.

At first when I got this, it was just a way to login to your PS5 from anywhere. But now... It's a "game hanger" with the ability to play cloud games I don't even own! I love this thing!

With the new updates you dont even need the a ps5 to play. You can now stream. But lets be honest its 2025 who doesnt have a ps5. I am going to but the midnight black version and the 30th anniversary edition.
