If Best buy doesn't have the product in store they make online so comfortable to sit from your home sonyou can continue to check when your product is available and it allows you to order it to the store. This device is horrible. I have yet to be able to use it more than 15 with out the connection dropping. If I could give it a zero, I would. I had high hopes. Doesn’t matter what type of connection is made it drips. Unplayable. I want my money back. How can they still sell this device. We need a class action lawsuit.

I was excited for this to finally release. Let me preface this with saying I have rock solid internet(wifi or wired). I also own several several electronics that have zero connectivity issues. I was able to spend about 30 mins playing this thing, and spent several hours trying to trouble shoot. It dropped connection from the ps5 over and over. I gave it two stars due to the feel of this thing being great. Everything else about it was a letdown. Save your money.

Yes, I had to purchase a wifi extender and ran a Ethernet cable to my PS5. So, when youre gettign the Portal be mindful that you might need to spend more for a really nice experience. But let me tell you, its all worthy. The image quality is preetty nice. I have a 300Mbps Wifi and it runs perfectly my Portal

The idea is good but Don’t work for me!!! Try to connect to a WiFi in airport is complicated!! And have a little slow!!

I love it i can pick up and play my staion anywhere

Booting up the device and shutting it down is a bit clunky and my playstation shows that the controller is always fully charged, even when it is nearly dead. Gameplay is good, but it does occasionally lag and drop framerate. Not a replacement for a tv, but it means tou can use the playstation when the tv is otherwise being utilized.

This is a great product. Use it every day. Love it.

Got this product to play some more while am at work or while my gf is watching tv I can play my ps portal on the side and get my game on
