Great optimized well for 95% of games just make sure you have a wired connection to your ps5 to really make sure things run smooth

Good but only if you have really fast internet,if not it’s not worth it

When the backbone came out I was so excited but it didnt give me the experience that I was looking for. Today I can say with confidence that the portal does, controls and quality are great. As long as you’re aware of what is that you’re buying and getting with the portal it’s the best option for remote play, hands down.

Product by Sony = Great. Service by store personnel not good, price match was not honored. Was told it would be honored but it was not. Stated that they couldn’t honor the price match that is promoted they honor.

Great controls, great display, easy to use software, but absolutely terrible streaming performance and quality. This product is HIGHLY dependent on having a fast and good connection to your Internet, both from the console itself and the Portal. If you can't plug an Ethernet cable into your PS5, you're guaranteed to have a bad time no matter how fast your internet is. I thought maybe it would be fine since this one is Sony's device and surely they'd make it work better than a phone with PSplay or their own streaming app, but nope. Any streaming sucks, even on excellent fast internet.

In my opinion this device is amazing id give it 5 stars but in my experience the device became useless from my bad internet.

Works well at home on my network. Not good if using hotspot. Some success on WiFi outside of home. Meant for home usage. That’s the reality. But pretty cool and who know what the updates will bring.

My kid love this. Know he can play on the go or at the grandmas house. Great resolution.

Sony made a good product for their service a dedicated player with haptic feedback only problem is remote play has and always will stink. The constant drops and lagging make this no fun. I’m returning it.

A neat Controller. Look's good . It has Hits & Misses. Remember it's a Wi-Fi Gig U need a good strong signal. On the go your choice. TV Screen got your eyes. look's so sweet. But you. Do need a PS5 Companion !. To set it off. Good Luck !.

This works amazing when you have. Good consistent Internet. If you don't then just don't get it.
