I like that I can play anywhere, but the wifi connectivity is hit or miss. Sometimes it plays super smooth, but thats with all other wifi connected devices off.

Save your money. 1gb hard wired internet speeds to the ps5. And ps portal connected to 5gz WiFi up to 800mb downloads and it still loses connection and lags an pixelates. Cant use as remote control only, has to be connected to wifi and have remote play connected. Good idea but doesn’t work well enough. Wish it would have an option to connect straight to the ps5 w/o internet or WiFi, almost like the Wii U and gamepad. Also wished i was able to use it as spare controller with out remote play or WiFi. Also it’s a streaming device but can’t stream YouTube from the ps5. And some setting can’t be adjust in remote play from the portal. This should be 99$ just for the quality build. This will end up being a flopped device unless Sony opens it up to everything the ps5 can do. And let us use it as just a controller without remote play or WiFi. Also it won’t connect to T-Mobile hotspot without setting up the WiFi manually by punching dns numbers .

Its a nice device but not aomething i really liked, i ended up returning it.

This product could of been better, if I was able to connect any Bluetooth headphones to it

Disappointed with how it interfaces with the PS5. Every game is easier from download which, of course, is outrageously expensive.

This is definitely a nice gadget to have. As long as you have decent wifi you can take it and play anywhere with minimal latency. Especially for being only $200 value, it's worth it!

The delivery was fast had a little problem but that was fix quick

This is so close to be good, however I feel like PlayStation didn't fully think this out. It only works with the PS5 counsel on, and even though I have strong WiFi going to both the counsel and the portal it is very glitchy and jumpy. I usually have to restart both devices a few times before I get a "good" connection and can play un-interrupted

No damage to the box and was ready to pick up in a timely matter. Best Buy answered all my questions when I had concerns with my product delivery date.

I thought the system was gonna be awesome but I couldn't get it to stay connected to my PS5 or my Internet even after getting help from support.

Work well, but you have to keep it on to charge it.

Works well as a streaming device at home. huge misses on not being able to connect to hotel wifi or bluetooth

This device was a waste of money for me. Half of the time it won’t connect to my PlayStation and the quality is not great.
