Great product and very easy to connect. It’s very convenient to use

I just have to ask myself why Sony made this product. It should have been a standalone product. The remote connection to the PS5 is simply not stable enough. I am on Xfinity 1gig internet and I can be sitting next to the router and it still has connection issues. Overall the product looks and is great…but I give the lower rating due to connectivity.

Looks great love how it’s set up like controllers. Probably not that good to travel with as you need to have strong WiFi connections

This really is a great product to the PS5. Considerable amount of glare even in the dark, with the controller lights off.

This thing is incredible. I was curious how it would hold up with using it on a hotshot but it picked it up quick and with great video quality.

The actual gaming functionality works well. Even with competitive online FPS games, it’s not as bad as you’d expect. Where the portal fails is everywhere else, without a brand new sony elite headset with PSlink, you can’t use a headset natively. It doesn’t come with any protective case. It doesn’t come with a USB-C cable or charger. Lastly, depending on where you’re playing and how you’re positioned, it gets tiresome to hold after a while.

the idea of this item is amazing. however the outcome was not. we have pretty dang good internet...and it freezes and drops games all the time. absolute waste of money. has sat for months collecting dust.

Pairs excellent with the ps5. Great if you have a wife. Able to play games on the couch while she watches tv, no complaints.

Exactly what I wanted, remote playing because I don’t have time to get on the console.

It takes some time adjusting settings on you ps5 and i think its a must to wire your ps5 to your router. But if tou do these things its a great piece of hardware

Has been really fun to have when the TV is taken or when laying in bed/out of the house. Requires a good internet connection, but it’s worth it if you have what it requires.

Not very impressed. From a click left joystick to constant network connectivity issues. I ended up returning it.

Is the best ps handheld device you should give it a try by buying one from best buy

We didn’t care for this. We were under the impression this was a handheld ps5, but it is basically to mirror your existing ps5 on the same WiFi connection. We ended up returning for this reason and buying an Xbox instead.

Only really works decently with non-multiplayer games (I mostly played NBA 2K while traveling), even then it is pretty choppy. Works fine if you’re in a bind and can’t bring your PS5 with you but the games you can actually play are pretty limited. After about 6 months it’s a paper weight.

The notification for restock was on point which allowed me to purchase this hard to find item in a very timely matter. Great service as usual!

This item was so glitchy, it was pixelated, it kept freezing. You have to make sure themat the tv and this thing are running with the same 720h. We had to lower out brand new tv to the 720h. And it didnt work it was horrible. It also kept loosing connection ans we were home in front of the playstation. We returned it the next day, after 6 months of waiting for one.

Great for playing games but if your wifi sucks your out of luck. And sometimes its hard to log in remote in other locations
