My favorite accessory at this point. Doesn't work well when ps5 is on wifi. That's to be expected. Battery life could be a little better.

Was out of stock everywhere but checked the Best Buy website at 2am and was in stock. Ordered and it shipped to my house within 2 days.

It was great my son loved fast easy experience all the way to the pick up. Customer service was great and answered all my questions

I did a preorder weeks ago and it comes in tomorrow, no rush since I actually secured one thru bestbuy… the reviews look decent…. Lets see what happens tomorrow

Product feels good works alright majority of time is lagging.

Neat toy to have on the go, but playing Modern Warfare 3 not so great because of FPS. Glitches quite often.

Product feels good and all but cannot get it to connect to ps5. Bought twice thinking it was a faulty the 1st time but the cant get the 2nd one to connect either. Made sure my ps5 was in remote play enabled and checked every possible way to connect but no luck. I understand there’s bugs that interfere but it should not be that difficult especially if its a device that was made for that specific device.

Game changing piece of hardware for anyone who wants flexibility with their gaming. Highly recommend this. Best Buy is super easy and always reliable.

Beautiful but needs some updates yet to work well.

This is very strange to me I wanted it to be perfect but its far from perfect! Using Backbone with the PS Remote app on my ipad and android phone was much smoother that using PS portal! With the portal I kept having a 3-5 seconds of buffering every couple of minutes while this is never the case with my phone and ipad! How come a dedeicated device is worse than an app! I deceided to sell it on Marketplace instead of returning it since it was sold out anyways.

its ok didnt have any issue just wasnt for me hand held are good but i just did not like how you need the ps5 on at all times

I love this thing. Currently at hospital waiting for my baby to he born and its amazing to be able to play this while shes popping out!

Experienced bad connection problems on multiple different WiFi connections, sometimes doesn’t turn my ps5 off after shutting down

Amazing! Graphics and colors pop. I love this. I was hesitant on buying it, but it’s wonderful and I’m so glad I did.

Works as intended. I use it all over my house with my ps5 being in the basement. No drops but i do have high speed internet. Easy set up

Works good so far. Definitely the best feeling handheld gaming device. I do get some stuttering, but other than that I do enjoy using it.
