Very well done but WiFi lags even while near the WiFi box, great handle grip.

The portal mostly works but the cloud streaming capabilty is passable at best. Also it takes eons sometimes to wake alocal ps5 feom sleep, if it works at all.

Also a Christmas gift so i don’t know how well it works

Don’t believe what people say. If you have a good internet connection and connect your PS5 via Ethernet, you will not regret buying this accessory.

I was hesitate get it at first but i had no problems with hooking it up andi use almost every day

An item was fraudulently purchased through my compromised account and released at this Sherman Oaks Best Buy via curbside pickup. I did not authorize the purchase or pickup. After insisting on answers, I was told that for curbside pickup, ID may or may not be checked, per store policy. A high value item was handed to an unauthorized person with no proper verification. Very concerning security practices.

The PlayStation portal was a wonderful purchase. It has bought much joy to my grandchildren. I am very grateful to have made the purchase.

This thing is a glorified ipad or phone with a controller built into it but is only capable of streaming games to it and doing absolutely nothing else. Took it on a trip, couldnt use it on the hotels wifi, tried the coffee shop, same issue, so this is pretty much the WiiU of today and is pretty much pointless to have

This was a discounted open box Playstation Portal and it showed up basically brand new! Very happy with my purchase.

Great product perfect when the TV is being used by my kids all the time. The wifi and connection is good not great but it's perfect for my needs

I got the Playstation Portal to try and play my 1 player games while my wife watches TV. It was hard to stream TV service, the Portal, and the Playstation 5 on as well as our devices. The Portal would lose quality at times and have lag spikes. Maybe for leaving your house and playing games the Portal will be better. And i have 1GB of Verizon Fios so should have been enough, but i returned it.

Not satisfied did not work at all. Not connecting to my ps5!!!

Great addition to the ps5. Can't stress enough that your ps should be hardwired via ethernet for the best possible connection to avoid lag.

The portal is great for what it is, but yes it would have been nice if it was an actual handled that didnt mirror a PS5.

Very good portal if you are campaign games or mission games.. didn't really like the how live would play alot of lagging.

Best Buy ever! I love this device. Excellent quality and wonderful price. I also bought the warrenty.

Needs to have a good connection for it to have a chance to work and when it does work some games have a delay on them.
