Seriously what is the point of this. I'm not asking for much and does even less than that. At least let me down some games or bring back the PS Vita.

Does not work properly, wont stay connected to ps5 on the same wifi network or even in the same room!!!! Keeps saying "connection to ps5 lost" when it does manage to stay connected for a few secs it's constant lag

Make sure your Internet is up to par to handle steaming your games. It helps to have your PS5 hardwired, if you don't it will hinder portals performance.

Item breaks easily. Wish it lasted longer. Would suggest getting warranty

Screen quality is really low. I played diablo 4 with it and game is looking so grey

Bought it and returned it less than 24 hours later. I have gigabit internet and the test showed 450 down and 35 up. It was glitching and could barely stay connected. Thought it was my router so i sat right next to it and still. Did research and online it said to back down PS5 resolution from 4k to 1080p and still froze. Just not worth it and in my opinion i wouldnt waste your time or money.

It works but it slow or disconnects and I don’t like I play them it desync.

I thought it wouod be like the psvita but you can only play it at home kn wifi

The product overall works well if you have decent wifi. Quality control with the new smaller joysticks needs to be addressed though. Rotating the sticks makes a clicking noise and feels awful

kinda laggy, i could only play offline games within it but it could be my internet idk

It might be great but fedex never got it to me. Not all best buy fault but everybody knows fedex not that reliable. 3 stars for the refund.

My Rog ally connects no problem to my home network, my steam deck same thing. P.S. portal was good until it wasn’t had it for less than a month Always disconnected every ten minutes, if you go on Reddit and YouTube plenty of other people experiencing same issues. Still works great just not for me going to sell it for less than what I paid unfortunately

Tried this out for a few days and it’s a good product. It looks nice it’s really lightweight. It doesn’t feel heavy on your hands but the issue I have with it is that it has lots of lag I mainly play first person shooters online and even the most minimal leg makes a difference so this I couldn’t really recommend for online play but I could see a casual player using this for story based games where it doesn’t really affect the game if it’s laggy

Does not work well and doesn't make sense. It has one purpose - to remote pay your PS5 - and is super laggy. Cannot play any timing or quick moving games, even in the same house. Would not recommend. Looks nice and feels nice, but doesn't perform at its only function.

Ain’t good just get a switch or steam deck, the connection isn’t good at all.

Only worth getting if you’re never home to play your ps5, perfect for traveling

Not a good product. Lags to much with a hotspot. Only can use while connected to WiFi

I bought this to play PlayStation 5 games. I do not own a PlayStation 5 and thought this would be a great on go Nintendo switch like product. I cannot play games?? Is their something wrong with this handheld? Some people on the Internet say you need a PS5 console. I cant play games and was a waste of money and time. The Nintendo Switch allows me to play games on the go.

Would be a great item, if it didnt have to be streamed. if you are used to a fast seamless gaming expereince, this wont cut it for you.

I really loved the idea of the PlayStation portal. However, the micro stuttering was difficult to ignore. I ended up returning to the store.
