Only works near the console Can't be used at the same time as console

Please be advised that this will not allow access to online play for kids accounts although access is allowed on the PS5. It makes no sense at all. My son cannot use outside of the house and to find out after I purchase not only the game system but the nearly $200 PS Pass that is also a requirement to play online. I would give negative stars if I could.

Not very satisfied. It’s a great concept and the display and function work great but its not practical as it can’t be played on public WIFI so it defeats the whole purpose of it.

Portal does not stay connected long enough to play a game.

Super laggy all the time but even worse out of the house, wish it was a true portable having to be remote play to the ps sucks

It is ok for certain uses but I bought it because I travel for work and i thought it would be useful but it isn’t.

Horrible device !!! save your money !!! Use your IPAD / IPHONE for remote play Running 2GBSP & hardwire and literally next to my system and this garbage devices always lags & disconnects

 dislike it because u can use anywhere u have to use it at that is dum if u make something like do like the psv or like switch can’t even play game out side come on no wonder switch makes the top seller 

Not worth 300 when you can do the same for free on a PC. Remote play is already laggy. This is just a controller with a screen. My tablet works better than this

Experience overall no matter the game was choppy. The idea is great, but the product itself is not. Maybe next one SONY. Something non remote play based

Meh it’s like good but then just gets blurry and laggy and I have good wifi idk it’s cool but idk I sold mine

Doesnt connect to hotel internet it does not have its own internet Explorer.

It keeps disconnecting even when I have a 1gb internet speed, is just a controller with a screen.

Don’t not conect to ps5 I try different ways and look on YouTube and tell me same thing some people had same problem

I tried it with 400-600mbps it at home i had. To be really really close to my ps5 to be able to play something without too much lag . Also deadzones are pretty bad

I had to return it twice, I felt like a I got bad ones because my brother has it and it works great for him

Crap. The joy cons got out right when the warranty expired. Not Best Buy’s fault , just bad gear made by Sony

Absolutely love the ps pro! It worked well from about 50+ miles from my home. My only complaints are that it runs laggy if you have any type of download running to the point that it doesn't work at all and will disconnect. Theres also no way to access the internet from the device so any wifi that requires some sort of login like say an airport will not work. Outside of these small issues it runs smoothly. The screen size is perfect and graphics hold up very well on it. Its not too big nor too small and is easy to play/handle. I recommend getting a case to store it in when not in use.

Can’t use it while someone’s using the PlayStation can only use it on Wi-Fi. Better off getting a $200 monitor

Bad products ever of Sony. The game keep lagging and picture is flurry all the time even I have 1Gb Wifi. Dont recommend it.
