1- Make sure the earbud tips are the original ones and that they are properly attached to the headset
2- Clean the charging ports on the headset and the charging case with a soft dry cloth
3- Always keep the lid of the case closed when charging the earbuds

We regret to hear that you are having an issue with the battery life of the LinkBuds S. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).

To adjust the fit of the headset to your ears, make sure to twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal.
