If size and weight are an issue, look no further. Just wished I could charge the battery outside of the camera.

I am blown away by the performance and features this camera has to offer. I have used a Nikon DLSR camera for a few years. I found myself take fewer and fewer pictures, because of the size. I often didn't travel with my DLSR. Now, it is not a problem any more. The quality of this camera is well built; many interesting features and great performance. I wish I had switched to SONY NEX-6 sooner.

I still have lots to learn about the camera. It's easy to carry. Eye piece focus is nice. Just wish it was touch screen.

Great back up camera to a DSLR. Takes great pics. Portable and light weight. Perfect for daily events like going out.

Have owned my NEX 6 for a few weeks but have not had much chance to use it. However, I did take several low light photos indoors and could definitely see that the results were superior to my small point-and-shoot. They were decent up to at least ISO 3200. There are a lot of options and convenient customizations possible.

Got this as a spare camera while we went out to Hawaii. My wife had problems with her SLR focusing and taking pictures so we stopped at the local Best Buy, and picked this unit up. We paid more for this unit than this other Samsung that we were looking at, but I think we got a better deal with the ability for this camera to take extra lenses, extra accessories, and it's also Sony's multiple generation experience in this field of cameras. All in all, my wife is very happy with it, she took over 3000 pictures in 15 days and very few of them came out bad because of the camera's automatic choices.

I'm a pri photographer, and I was looking something light and small for travel with the quality close to my DSLR's I have. I am impressed with image quality. Especially if you use higher end lens. I like HDR and panorama options.

Great camera for the amateur photographer wanting more. In full auto it takes excellent picutures with intuitive feel. Also allows for customization and creativity

I am so happy I decided not to upgrade my point and shoot to a full size DSLR. The NEX 6 has amazing image quality, better than most DSLR that I've seen. Sony is doing a great job of producing high quality E-mount lenses. The NEX is here to stay!

Good overall camera. It is worth taking the time to learn to use all the features that are available and what picture taking environments to utilize the features in. The wiFi connectability in terms of downlaoding pictures to your computer and camera apps from Sony is great. I would recommend this camera for beginner to intermediate uses.

I have found this camera easy to learn and use. Pictures are beautiful. Light and easy to carry.

I bought this camera after a great deal of searching. I wanted a camera that I could take with me hiking and xc skiing and wanted to upgrade from a point and shoot camera. This camera seems to serve the purpose. My only wish is that I could find a case that I could carry the camera in that functions like a fanny pack.

We bought this camera in anticipation of the arrival of our first child. We were happy with its size because we feel like we will bring it to more place than if we had one of those intense cameras with te giant lens/etc and it has a great continuous shoot.
