The high definition of the sound is so immersive. The 3D audio is very realistic. I was playing Borderlands last night and a space ship flew over my head and instead of the usual surround sound of it traveling around me, the audio of the ship was directly above me. It almost made me want to look up while I was sitting on my couch just to make sure I wasn't losing my mind. This headset is awesome.

Sound is great and I love it, only thing is, after a while of wearing it starts hurting my head. It's a little too snug. And it would of been better for microfiber ear cups. Other then that. Sound is amazing on ps4. I use it on xbox one as well and they are mad loud, in a good way. One other thing is when I turn the headset on, most of the time I have to unplug the USB and plug in again so that the headsets can connent..

I was doubting about buying a set of headphones for playing, there are lots of options but I decided going for the brand compatibility with my ps4. The sound quality is great and the 3d sound mode is amazing, you can guess which way the sounds are coming and that's very useful specially in shooters that are my favorite. The only drawback in my opinion is that feels a little bit heavy

Great headset for the price(used a price match to get it at lower than msrp), works flawlessly with the ps4 pro. Build and sound quality is great. Mic could be a bit better but still good.

Love the immersive surround sound these headphones give when playing video games. It has nice fit and doesn't clamp too much on your head unlike the other gaming headphones that clamp too much and results in stress in your jawline, These headphones are light weight and has super soft earcups. I used to have the basic Sony PlayStation headphones but whene these came out, I tried it and was amazed with the sound quality.

I did alot of research in looking for gaming headphones and after purchasing these taking a chance from what i read. I dont regret it. I even watch movies with them on from my ps4 pro. Just awesome. but thats my opinion.

Feels like much better quality than the Sony gold wireless headset which uses a cheap plastic and broke with less than a year use, but this headset has metal with a band made of rubber that goes over your head that is very thick and feels well made. The sound quality is amazing with many options like virtual surround sound, 3D audio and are noise canceling I can’t even hear someone talking when they are right next to me. I really like this headset and have no regrets about buying them

These Sony headphones work great. The 7.1 audio is great. They are very comfortable but can start to hurt a little after using for an extended time. The headphones should spread open a little more for comfortability. That look nice, feel nice, and connects with ease. I purchase these headphones to replace my Sony Pulse headset. It was worth the upgrade. Hopefully these headphones will be supported on PS5.

This is a headset for serious gamers. The set has a companion ap that you can set audio presets in. The surround sound is great you can hear enemy footsteps behind you when your playing and the mic is fantastic.

I had the gold surround sound headsets before and though they were great these hold up better, battery wise. The sound quality is superb for both but it's hard to tell if one is better than the other. The sound felt more crisp when I first got them so at the time they did sound better, but can't remember. In the end if you have the money to splurge and want a 7.1 surround headset with a longer battery life I would buy these bad boys.

I use these for my PS4 and when I play PS exclusive titles like Uncharted 4, GoW, Horizon Zero Dawn, etc, the programmed profiles you can download from the PS4 give you an entirely new level of immersion. I've used wireless headsets before but this is my first 7.1 headset and the difference is night and day. The easy controls on the side make it easy to toggle your mic on and off, adjust volume, and change audio profiles. My only gripe with these headphones is that they can be uncomfortable if not worn perfectly. I find myself adjusting the head strap on occasion because it feels too tight on my noggin and causes discomfort. After a few adjustments to loosen the strap, I'm good to go but if I move around or lay my head back, they adjust on my head and I find myself tightening them again. However, this is a very minor inconvenience and is probably due to me not putting them on and adjusting them to start but the sound quality more than makes up for it.

These Sony wireless headphones are amazing they are very durable with great sound quality and a great battery life

So I purchased this headset about 2 months ago after owning a Playstation Gold headset (1st gen) Pros: Louder than Gold, AUX input gives flexibility, PC use via bluetooth, Customizable audio modes, battery life pretty good. Cons: Sometimes TOO loud; mic is always picking up little audio if volume is maxxed. Hurts my head after a few hrs, particularly on top.

I bought these headphones on sale for $99. I had to make the switch to wireless just to have more freedom of movement while gaming. My gaming sessions last long so the battery life was extremely important, and many of the feature set this headset a part from even the higher priced different brand headsets. Even the 3d audio being able to be switched on/off easily was a great help.

Hands down a better headphone set than the $100 PS4 version. The $100 version did not last me longer than 6 mo the before the war came off. These are durable and strong. Highly recommended.

the sound and mike are very good, i even enjoy the sound of the games on it, the only problem is too expensive but that is how you get good quality product.

Hello, Love my new Sony wireless headset. Now I'm able to hear better when talking to other players and the sound is so much clear. Best buy had a great deal on them so I had to get them.

I really like these. Long battery life, comfortable, and they sound great.

Love how these headphone sound, it is so crisp. the surround sound is ridiculously good. can have it all the way up and hear everything loud and I don't bother the person next to me.
