The Platinum headset works great with the PS4. All the game sounds and voice is transferred to the headset. Game sounds are in the 7.1 surround and other people in the room can't be bothered. Mic volume is adjustable via the PS4 settings. Headset is comfortable to wear for extended amount of time when adjusted properly.

The Sony Platinum headset is great for long gaming sessions with crisp clear sound and very comfortable. I have never had any lag on with the sound or any hiccups or interruptions with the connection. The companion app on the PS4 lets you set custom sound setting for games, movies, and music. If you have a PS4 Pro, I would recommend this headset.

I have everything that is PlayStation. So you know I had to get these. These are way better then the golds. A must have for the pro and vr.

The sound is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than the gold headset. I've been told I sound better too over the mic. Construction is better as well.

Love the headset. Clear and crisp quality of sound. Playing BL3 is super fun. If you download the headphone app you can preset the headset for certain games as well. It a bit heavy, which is good since it doesn’t feel like it will fall apart (the ears definitely feel it after few hours though). No other complains.

Comfortable, long lasting battery, and great sound.

They are pretty good sounding and comfortable but they are not on the same level as the the Astro A50s in sound and convenience ( easy quick mute and the large rocker for game or chat volume). They are much cheaper, though. Probably the best choice around $100.

I think this headset has good placement of buttons an volume control is excellent loud an clear. Has no protruding mic but built in mic. That works excellent,no complaints.headset battery last all day.and you can plug in to charge battery,an not get cut off from using it,while charging.

They do a great job at making the game surround you and being able to hear every little distinct sound! I can hear everything!!!

This headset is sooo much better than the Gold headset. I purchased one gold headset and it lasted me two years so i figured i would purchase it again. Big mistake, within a month my gold headset broke so i decided to move up to the platinum and have been happy ever since. Sound is beautiful and crisp and they are very comfy.

I enjoy these headphones very much. Before I purchased these I had a pair of wired ones, which lasted me some time until they started to short out.. I’m very happy I decided to purchase these I like the comfort and appreciate that it’s wireless

These headphones got alot of mixed reviews but I believe they served the purpose from what I was looking for. Their comfortable and provide immersive sound while gaming. The build quality is excellent as well. I was able to price match them with Best Buy's awesome team so all is well.

This is the best headphones I ha e bought. Sound is amazing and the hidden mic is great. Nice not having that in the way.

Got these during the holidays as a gift for my husband. Spent about $60 on sale. He says they are comfortable. They clearly blockout noises as he constantly ignores when he’s being called on. He’s either faking it, or they do provide great sound quality for gaming.

The sound quality is good but the range is worse than my older set of Gold series headphones that I had to replace. Also, the toggle switch flops around a little and you can hear that sound in your ear sometimes. But overall a nice headset.

If you want to get the best audio experience from your PS4, then these are the headphones for you. The app that allows developers to tune the headphones to their specs is the game changer. Also the metal band over the top adds the durability the next tier lower set lacks.

I went to a few stores to find this and I wasn’t disappointed. They are great for gaming and everyday use.

I previously owned the pulse and they had worked amazingly. Sound quality is amazing, it doesn't have as many options as the pulse but it sounds really, not too heavy on the head and really good batter life. Doesn't connect as quickly as the Pulse.

These are nice headsets very good sound quality and overall good quality what more to expect from Sony!!!

sounds quality is good. I had astro a50s but they had to many problems. these dont have the bass that the astros had but everything else is spot on. 3d audio is kool but limited to certain games. I have had no problems with this headset.
