I am extremely happy with this purchase and its well worth giving it a try. I went in to buy a much more expensive wireless speaker, but decided to give this a try because of the price difference. The sound quality is fantastic and the battery has lasted longer than what it shows on the box. This sits on my desk at work and I use it all day long. I wouldn't even consider buying anything different after using this!

It was very easy to set up. I gave it to my mom as a gift for her kindle to listen to her music while she reads. She was blown away that it had that much sound from such a small speaker. You could spend more and still not get better.

It just so happens that I was shopping for a bluetooth speaker for music as a gift. There were several within the store to choose from as I was searching within my phone for a blutooth connection, this sony item happen to connect some isles down and away and was clearly playing my music from my iPhone... This was the selling point for me as I was impressed immediately, and perhaps by accident... It tis a great item and you will not be disappointed! Aloha!

Sony has always meant quality and this speaker does not disappoint. The clarity of sound from crisp highs to full range is amazing from such a small package. The battery life is excellent and the Bluetooth works flawlessly.

I LOVE IT AND IT IS VERY LOUD I USE MY CELL PHONE TO CONNECT TO THE SPEAKER. IT COMES WITH A CORD TO CHARGE IT AND ONCE ITS CHARGE YOU CAN PLAY IT ANY WHERE. WE USED IT AT OUR FAMILY REUNION AND ITS WAS GREAT

I bought this as a gift for a friend... previously owning one... I just love this! Battery lasts and sounds great at the beach... Sure its no BOOMBOX but it produces pretty good sounds for the low price!

high quality sound, holds charge, compact, can use with state of the art equipment (Iphone 6) and old equipment (5 year old IPod). Also a very fair price for what you get. So glad I found it.

Before I bought this, I thought, "When would I use it?" Now that I have it, I couldn't image being without it! The sound is phenomenal and can get very loud (loud enough to clearly hear over the vacuum). This is a high quality speaker at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend buying it. I even bought it online without hearing the sound quality of it. One down-side of the product is that when the battery gets low, the sound starts cutting in and out. There is no warning when the battery dies. The only indicator is a light on the back of the speaker. But besides that, great sound, great price. Not much more that you can ask for.

This lil speaker has AWESOME SOUND, i tried a few different speakers before i decided on this one and it was a great decision. Very Clear sound even when cranked all the way up, very good range, battery life is long also..

Small speaker but great sound quality. Sony doesn't disappoint. Got this as a gift for my wife's boss. He loves it. Easy to use and lightweight. Definitely would recommend.

I bought this to use at my daughter graduation party. The sound was great and held its charge as the box stated. It is also small so it didn't take up much room.

Love how small and portable it is. Don't let the size fool you because it is pretty loud. Louder than I expected, which is good. Very nice sound and build quality.

a lot of speaker in a small package. Perfect for around the house ,I even use it in my garage ! Has good base and highs connects to Bluetooth with no problems!!

I was looking for a wireless speaker with good sound at an affordable price. I found it with this Sony Portable Bluetooth Speaker. In addition to the quality sound with good bass, it is easy to connect to and operate. I bought it as a gift and the recipient was well pleased with his gift. I like mine because it is so portable and can be anywhere inside or outside the house where I need it.

It has an awesome sound and great battery life. It's very portable. I charge it up and bring it outside while I work and I wear out before the battery.

I purchased this speaker for my wife who always wanted one for when she was at home doing house work and what not. We'll after much research and not trying to spend an arm and a leg on some of the higher models, I got this Sony one for her. Can I just say that it is loud. We have a very open floor plan and it easily fills the space with sound. Distortion is nonexistent and the battery life is great. I would like to see a bit more bass from the device, but it's current standing is fine. Crisp clear sound and doesn't stand out like some other flashy brands.

This is the 2nd time I've purchased this speaker. I enjoyed the sound of the 1st one. And it was so light & compact I took it everywhere. But it was the black version. And in my travels I left that speaker behind somewhere because it blended into the black shelf I had set it on. Didn't take me long to decide I needed to replace it with another just like it. But thought I would try the flashy red version this time to reduce the chance to leave it behind again. Still happy with the sound. Even from the red version. But the price isn't as high as some of the other speakers I listened too, so not too big of a deal if I lose it again and need to purchase another.

I replaced my old mp3 portable speaker (Logitech) with this one and it is far superior! It sounds great, slightly smaller and easy to use.

Nice sound for a smaller bluetooth speaker. I also have a larger Sony SRSX5 which has a richer sound and initially purchased a newer version SRSX55 with NFC before this SRSX2 but it wasn't compatible with new Windows 10 laptop....would not stream sound from Netflix without breaking up terribly and had to return...but the SRSX2 works fine with no streaming issues and is a nice portable, decent sounding speaker. I have always liked the sound of Sony speakers/headphones! All of my audio products are Sony!

Setup was a snap and the sound is very good. Device can be a decent distance away and still work well. Very satisfied with this product.
