Sound quality from this little thing is wonderful! Love acoustic guitar sounds like it is in the room! Love it!!!

I’m in a high school setting with the concrete (cinder block) walls. The sound bounces all over. My previous Olympus recorder couldn’t handle it. But this one works very well!!

Records really well and has a few different scene options for different recording situations. Love the big red record pushbutton. No need to fumble in dim lighting to find the button to start and stop recording.

This recorder provides clear, crisp recording and has proven reliable thus far. Interestingly, Best Buy stocked only Sony voice recorders but none of the usual cheap Chinese knock-off brands prevalent for other consumer electronics. I would readily purchase this model again.

Worth every penny

Needless to say I was skeptical. But I’ve owned for several weeks and it’s still going strong. I work in a kitchen and have a loud air return as well as 50-60 coworkers on any given day. The sound quality is amazing and the back round air vent is not noticeable. I would definitely by this one again even if this current one breaks. I’m so happy with it!
