It's a little pricey for all it is, but it's the geniuene item. Would highly recommend to have at least an additional spare battery!

Honest review, this is a great battery. It lasts a lot longer than I thought it would and paired with the wall outlet charger, its super great and very handy!

We have had 2 of these batteries, one by Sony, as this new one is, and the other by another manufacturer. The original Sony battery is still going whereas the other no longer holds much of a charge and has swollen so that it no longer fits in the camera. We're looking forward to the new battery performing as well as the original.

A necessity since the battery life on mirrorless cameras is good. Very expensive. I carry 2 spares and a wall charger. My mirrorless system is getting as heavy as my DSLR. I would only recommend this to a friend because they are going to need it.

I need extra batteries for extended backpacking trips. The Sony battery for my Sony a7RII works perfectly, recharges quickly just before trips, is very light, and lasts a long time when I use various power saving settings.

This battery is the backup for my Sony a6000. The only thing I need the backup battery to do is: hold charge for a while of not being in the camera, charge quickly, work when I put it in. So far, this battery does all of the above. I don't have the wall-charger so the charging is a bit slow, but besides that this is a fine battery for the price.

Bought this battery for my Sony A7sII and it works perfectly. Battery life is what manufacture states. Easy to install in the camera. So Good I bought an additional one just in case!

I usually purchase items based on quality and reliability. especially when it comes to photography. The only negative thing I can say about it is that you might be able to find another battery for less money

This is of course the best battery you can get for cameras that take this battery. Genuine Sony item that holds a charge for longer than most 3rd party batteries. But they show that they know that in the price.

I liked it a lot, fast charging , easy use , is more better that others

Previously when I reviewed this item, I left a poor review due to its quality upon arrival. The package was cut open as though the unused product I bought had already been used, and that was unacceptable at the point that I had spent over $200 on three of these batteries and a charger for them. After exchanging the pre-opened battery for a brand new one, it didn't take much time to charge the batteries, and they each work perfectly for my Sony a7ii camera. Overall, this was a good and necessary buy.

Works perfectly for my Sony A7 II. Happy to have extras around for when I need em.

Excellent battery life length. I have bought replacement batteries from Amazon before, but buying the official Sony brand is surely best. I had to shoot video of my Sony A6000 for a gig for 4 hours, and it lasted the entire shoot.

excellent product. I had one battery already but needed to buy another one. This samsung battery works great on my a6400 camera. Long battery life.

I needed a second battery for Sony camera and ordered this from Best Buy online to be deliverd directly to my daughter. Shipped on time and it charges her Camera exactly as expected.

The battery performs well. I've just needed to buy tons of them with my Sony a7II. That get's a little pricey, but with the manufacturer brand you know you'll get solid performance.

Bought this extra battery just-in-case, but haven't used it. Although its the same as the one my camera came with, and that one works great and has a pretty long battery life!

This is more compact than refuel charger. Charges quickly. Directly into wall outlet so I can use spare battery in camera while the other is charging. Good product.

Nice battery . Last a long time between charges. I do feel it is a bit pricey since its been around quite a few years.
