Purchased for battery backup for Sony ZV-E10. It can hold its charge for about 3.5 qtrs in basketball, football games. It can make the ZV-E10 overheat though as the battery discharges its power reserves. I've had to leave the battery door open to help keep it cool.

I find these batteries last for years if taken care of. They will even bounce back from from an extended length of time at 0. Keeping a pair of nicely chared batteries on you while out photographing for a day will make shure you never miss a shot… at least not due to a dead battery.

Works and charges well. Last long enough when used. The only but is it would be better if the camera comes with separate battery charger rather than charging with camera

Original battery. I feel better about buying at a store where I know only genuine products are sold rather than buying online where i may get a counterfeit product. Also getting it same day in-store is faster than waiting for delivery. Works well, as it should.

Great battery, but it should be cheaper. Definitely an up-charge for the brand name, but I do feel good about purchasing batteries from Sony because they definitely hold up better than third party... So... you get what you pay for I suppose.

greate battery, overperform any generic brand, its a bit pricy but if you can afford this is the way to go

Have two other off-brand batteries for my Sony RX10 II (mirrorless camera with electronic viewfinder known for chewing up battery power). They seem to lose a charge rather fast. Decided to buy a Sony brand at 3x the price before a recent vacation. It seemed to hold a charge longer than the off-brands. I could get through the day without changing batteries. Maybe just because it is newer, cannot really say. If you do not mind changing batteries, maybe two fully charged off-brand batteries would be equally good.

Works perfectly, I do a lot of Motorsport photography. Most events last up to 8 hours straight and I’m capturing thousands, sometimes up to 5,000 pictures in a single day. Some days even more than that, and these batteries hold up well. I have 3 total, definitely worth the $60 per battery.

This is my backup battery for traveling with the Sony Aplha 6000 camera. no problems so far , has long charge. Pricey but necessary.

Only buy authentic batteries from the manufacturer for your devices. This is no exception to that rule. It's a great battery and great design. But it costs a lot.

These are expensive. Buying at full MSRP, I am not sure, however on discount or if they come with your other purchase as a bonus, these are as sweet as they can be. No worries on them exploding inside your camera while operating or charging, and as advertised mAH and shots you can expect out of a charge. These can barely last 300~400 shots in most sony cameras which is actually quite pitiful, but that is not the battery's fault. Sony's camera in combination with the EVF, LCD, and all the other electrical internals consume huge amount of power out of these. I would recommend only if the price is right.

Battery performance was flawless on a trip to GTNP. Could ask for better reliability and performance. Go with the real deal!

Works great. Battery lasts a long time. Took over 1k pictures and only have to charge once.

It's the authentic Sony brand battery. Generic products in my opinion can't match Sony. I've gone through 2 generic batteries on a7r2 within a couple hours while Sony's battery still got lot of charge. Sony batteries life span through recharging is without doubt superior to generic's. Not to mention Peace of mind using Sony battery you don't have to worry about generic battery overheating, expanding or generics. The price you pay for Sony though higher than generic brands will out perform it in performance, life span Safety and dependability.

The price is a bit steep considering you might need to purchase many of these. However, it does hold a good charge in most cases and it's easy to pack into the camera bag.

This is the authorized battery from Sony for my Sony A6400 camera. Unfortunately, the Sony A6xxx series of mirrorless cameras don't have the best battery life. While photography is just a hobby for me, if I am going on a vacation where I will be taking a lot of pictures, it is a good idea to have a backup battery available to ensure that I can still get the shot at the end of the day. This is the same battery that comes with my camera. So, it is great as a backup battery or a replacement.
