I spent the extra money to purchase an extra Sony NP-FW50 Lithium-Ion Battery to have just incase my original battery would lose power on me during a week long vacation. I'm glad that I did as I take multiple pictures every day when on a vacation. It was great to have a backup battery to use and not be afraid of not being able to take some memorable pictures.

I have a couple of these batteries. One is definitely enough for a small outing but if you’re recording for 1+ hours..:minimum of two batteries. If you’re out there for 4+ hours...4-5 batteries. Get a battery charger as well- otherwise you have to charge the battery inside the camera.

We Bought a digital camera to use in the water on our vacation. We needed a battery that would hold the charge. We found this battery at the local store, and it hasn't failed us. Over the course of the year as we continue to charge it and drain it, it gains a complete charge and maintains the charge to give us lasting battery life.

This battery is just what you would expect, a battery. While the price is somewhat high compared to third-party batteries. I find the performance to be about equal, but these batteries hold their charge better. I usually have 6 batteries on me, and I rarely use them all in a day, but you never know. The Sony batteries go in and read 100% or high 90's, my third party batteries, sometimes start with high 80%. Luckily they're all small and light, but keeping track and keeping topped off is just easier with the OEM Sony Batteries.

Lightweight camera battery that can last up to 2-3 hours. Charging port can have a delayed charge at times.

Charged quickly and held charge - a little pricey, but I think it was worth it.

Good purchase because this thing lasts me almost a whole day with a full charge. Unlike the Wasabi batteries that tend to die quicker this is able to hold up its charge for a impressive amount of time. Very happy i decided to splurge on this

I spend the extra $ to get Sony brand batteries and they are the best for your Sony camera hands down.

Needed this for my Sony ZV-E10 camera as i make reels and record longer videos and one battery charge isn’t enough.

Excellent brand which I recommend specially if your camera is sony also, dont buy any brand which you don’t have any assurance with that

Can't go wrong with OEM. I bought a couple of these and they hold their charge relatively well. Like with any battery, it depends on what function you're using to shoot with. Video obviously eats it away but I was able to shoot so many pictures on a single charge. I have the 6300 and so far it hasn't given me any problems.

The battery, packaging removed, weighs exactly the same as the battery that came with my Sony A6000. It's stickers are placed in the same locations on the battery, in the same orientation. Put it in my camera and it powered right up, showing a partial charge. Let the camera charge with this battery while I was out to dinner and returned to a battery showing 100% charge.

Perfect for those long days taking the most pictures you can. Never get caught power less with a back up battery.

This battery lasts way longer than the off brand one I bought from Amazon. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase!

I recently bought the Sony RX10M3 for a long trip I was taking. I researched the many batteries available for this camera and decided the best way to go was with this Sony approved battery. Although it cost a little more than the knockoffs available online, it has proven to be highly reliable and delivered consistent battery life.

Long lasting quick changing and small enough to fit anywhere

The battery is a must item! If you do alot of video or stills, then you really need at least 3 batteries in your camera bag. Adding more time to get the job done or to complete a project. I have recommended this to a friend and they made a purchase and are enjoying it.
