Sony offers an outstanding 4k bluray player at a Great price. The unit offers features found in more expensive models and set up was breeze.

Having gaming headsets, most gaming headsets are either Dolby or DTS. mine are Dolby. When Playing DTS movies the sound on my previous Blu Ray player, they sounded flat. Now with this player, all my movies sound in surround sound on my headsets, but you need to buy an HDMI Toslink extractor from ebay (couldn't find one in Best Buy Store) in order for the Toslink input to work with my headphones. It's 3D, It's 4K, what else is there to know? Not all players do this, so the Best Buy salespeople found us the right player, and it was on sale.

Easy to use and no complaints. The remote control is intuitive and picture quality seems to be good.

Love the look of this Blu-ray player. Not that it matters as my components sit in a media closet, but it looks great. First off do not loose the remote as there are only a power and eject button on this unit. I use a universal RF remote so no worries here. Apps are a plenty and it seems like more are added every time I pop it on. The video quality is fantastic and the audio was okay till I adjusted the digital output settings, Settings > Audio Digital Audio Output > Auto. This cleared up my issues, running flag ship Marantz and RF-7's.

Excellent unit for the price, my only complaint is that is too wide compared to my previous one, making it a hassle to put in the wall unit.

Easy to set up. WiFi seems to work as designed. Updates are pushed when needed. Video quality is great. With customization to your own taste.

Excellent DVD player. Easy to hook up. Amazing picture. Upscaling is excellent my blue ray DVDs look amazing. CDS sound excellent as well.

This lil guy is deceptive. I looked at it and figured it’d be good — boy was I wrong. It is phenomenal. The speaker walks you through setup and lets you configure 4-5 locations you will sit. Each location then shares a out of this world ‘premium/choice’ feel to it. Meaning each location enjoys the feel of that spot being optimally configured for sound. Oft times I will hear layers deep sounds in film and television that I missed before. This adds a layer of richness and complexity to my tv watching enjoyment. Worth every penny!

I Love this Blueray Player it works Great ! I looked at a lot of Blue ray players and even got one at a lesser price. It did not work well at all, so I saw this one, but it had a high price on it. But I keep my eye on it, and when it got down to a price I could afford. Just like that I jumped on it and I could not be more happier that I am right now. With my 4K TV this player works so well. I may have to move it to the big room so everyone can see it. THANKS for dropping the price so I can get this wonderful blue ray player.

Easy hook up and set up. Very easy to operate and picture and sound was absolutely breathtaking. Colors were bright and clearly defined.

After upgrading to a 4K TV I needed a new 4K Blu-ray player. My prior one was a Sony also. Now that my TV is Sony, I wanted to stick with the brand. This player got excellent reviews, and with the Black Friday price, it was a no brainer! I've played one 4K Blu-ray disc, which looked great. I haven't yet seen what it will do in terms of upscaling with a regular DVD or Blu-ray disc. My TV is smart, so I haven't used any of the smart features. It also plays DVD-audio, which I could only play in my car before getting this unit.

Paired with Sony TV and Sony Soundbar, so set-up was very easy. Pic is great. Bigger and heavier than I expected, but packs a lot in it.

This Sony product was extremely easy to set up and connect with my Sony 4k tv. Very high quality picture and sound results. Thank you.

It is working great and you can tell it streams better - at the 4K ultra hd rate. The only downside is how big it is, but works well!

This unit is an upgrade and replaces an earlier model non-4K Blu-Ray player that will be moved to another TV. Got this one to go with my 75" Sony 4K TV which I purchased last year. Got it during Black Friday event at a very good price. Easy to hook up and so far, everything works great! Excellent picture and sound. Usual selection of online streaming services. I watched one of my 3D videos and the picture was outstanding. It also has the capability to pair with my Bluetooth headphones with no noticeable latency.

It's hard to beat the quality of this player. It has all the options necessary for your home theater, well built and easy to set up.

This 4k UHD blue-ray player is awesome. It delivers crystal clear pictures with 4k blue-ray discs. It also plays all kinds of discs.
