Worthwhile addition for the price

The increased bass is not overwhelming or unnatural. The voice aspect is noticeably improved. Setup with a Samsung QLED 4K set was practically “automatic.”

What else do you want in a player! And it's affordable. The size is nice, not big. Fits in your entertainment center with ease. Definitely check out this player!

Simple to set up and has most common commands mapped to the remote instead of having to cycle through disc menus (i.e. subtitle). Did not use any of the streaming functionality.

We don't watch much on Disc and only one of my 4 TV's is 4K. My last 2 DVD players were Panasonic Blu-ray and I was pleased with both of them but decided to give this Sony one a try. So far no issues but haven't really used it much either! Got it On Sale at BB for a Good Price!

4K player works MOSTLY well

What is frustrating is when the player freezes up and won’t eject the disc until I restart it. I know this isn’t just me; other 4K owners have had similar problems. Otherwise, great item, even if you have to shell out some extra dough.

After looking around I purchased this unit. Excellent decision. Set up was easy, works great. Big improvement over other brand. Picture quality it great. Highly recommend this unit.

This permits us to enjoy movies at home that have the same quality or better than in a movie theater. The picture quality is distinct, the sound is clear, and it facilitates a pleasurable viewing experience at home.
