The major problem I had was freezing issues. Some movies I had no problem. I tried playing the same disc I had freezing with x700 on UB820 and had no problem. It's unfortunate because the x700 did everything I needed but the freezing is a deal breaker for me.

You need to check your settings otherwise you will not get dolby vision. You will also need to check your settings to make sure the player is 4k and not 1080p
