Playing movies and media from a USB is great, as expected. If I had one small gripe (very small), it would be the number of streaming apps available. I'd rather just use my Apple TV or Fire Stick.

The Samsung sound bar is a perfect complement to the tv. On time delivery, Geek Squad efficiently set up the tv, assigned the correct settings and explained how the remote worked, all in just an hour. A “painless” experience.

This was an added piece of a 4K+ upgrade to the entire AV system. Added 4K HDMI cables and picture quality is very good! Movies are vivid and clear and makes viewing experience so much better. Very small so easy to make room in a cabinet or shelf.

Super fast start up time. Great picture! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was bc there is no display on the front to let u know basic info about what movie you’re watching, time left...etc. other than that it’s a Sony...works really well.

This player is simple to use and has great features such as a separate HDMI audio out, allowing you to bypass audio through the TV and going straight into a audio receiver. This allows you to get the maximum benefits of your receiver if it does not support tech such as Dolby Vision.

I wanted to be able to play some new Dolby Atmos blue rays along with some of my older DVDs. & this fits the bill, even came with an HDMI cord. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

The performance of this 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray player compares favorably with the Oppo and Sony ES 4K Ultra HD Players I have for the other OLED TVs. Two nice bonuses are the Dolby Vision capabilities and the included HDMI cable. I'm happy with the purchase.

It was nice that my Samsung TV remote also controlled the video such as pause and play. For a 10-year old DVD, the video improvement was very noticeable. I appreciate the thoroughness of including the specific type of HDMI cable needed to yield the best results as recommended in the manual.

Each one has issues of locking up frozen, resulting in having to unplug just to get it to power back off and on. This one did the same thing one day after Best Buy installed it. I had one sent off by Geek Squad for repair stating it needed a new part. However, the part was back ordered for so long Best Buy sent me a new Sony blue Ray player. When it does work it’s wonderful, but the unplugging is a hassle. A geek squad tech told me the Sony updates tend to freeze the system. Sony used to be a great product, but not so much any more.

The background the movies that use to be so dark I could hardly see the people. Now it is so much better now that I can see the people.
