It's a Sony blu-ray player, and the quality of the product shines here. I wanted to watch my blu-rays, since my computer doesn't have an optical drive, I purchased this to fill in the gap, and it works like a champ.

The Sony UBP-X700/M streaming 4K Ultra Blue-ray player works great with very high resolution. This is my third Sony DVD player and I've always been satisfied with their performance.

Very nice player. Excellent price for what you get. I have played both 4K and BlueRay discs without any issues. Boots up very fast.

I look forward to using this HD Blu-ray player. All of the reviews that I have read said this is the most economical for the price device.

My previous blu-ray player was a Sony and I had it longer then any of my previous dvd or vcr players so I'm sticking with Sony. Most of my disks are bluray or dvd but the clarity is so much sharper that I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely would recommend it.

This player is very nice, it runs 4k Ultra HD Bluerays, very small, quick response time, and looks great! It also has upscaling up to 4k

This is a really great 4K Blu-ray player at a good price. I liked it so much that this is the second one I bought from Best Buy . If your looking for quality at a reasonable price this is it. Get one you won’t be disappointed!

Nice basic ultra HDL player amazing picture crisp and detailed

The apps work perfectly and there is a good selection. The Netflix button on the remote does not connect to Netflix, but this is the only issue. Hopefully that will be corrected with an update. Not much else on the market to compete with this streaming blu-ray.

Works great so far with regular dvd's and hooked right up with my Samsung sound bar. Had to use the HDMI cable to the TV to benefit the Dolby Atmos. Haven't tried steaming since we already have it on the TV and waiting for Blu-ray DVD to show up to see how it looks on our new TV.

This Sony X-700 blu-ray player goes very well with this new Sony TV. Simple setup and connection and seems to improve the picture quality of even standard DVD's. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is our first Blu-Ray player. It was simple to set and use. Was surprised that it could even play video files off a data dvd. We only have standard Blu-Ray for now, but look forward to getting a 4K one to see the difference.

I bought this DVD player to replace a 24 year old Sony DVD player that just died! So far it works fine and I can still play my older DVD’s as well as new Blue Ray. It is smaller than the old one and if it lasts as long it should be the last DVD player I’ll need!

This works pretty nicely when I watch a film and show. Don't use it much for streaming though the HDR seems to bright so I turned it off. Recommend this for anyone looking for anyone looking to afford a 4K Blu-ray.

The player works fine but you have to watch out for hitting buttons too fast. The player gets confused and goes dormant. Disconnect and reconnect power solves this. I did discover Tubi on the player which I like a lot since I don't have satellite/cable service

When it comes to viewing 4K movies, the player can make all the difference. When paired with a Sony Bravia, there's not a better 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray in the market. Of course, that's just my opinion, but we have never been disappointed in Sony quality.

This Dvd player goes great with my new fire tv the picture is so clear and real like you could just jump in. The dvd player is very quiet .

The player is good quality. I'm not pleased with some of 4K movie quality though. Too much inconsistencies with how the transfers are done. Some movies are way too dark, and many do not have Dolby atmos sound.
