Mostly I stream, but wanted to have this for the times I want to watch a disc. The menus load quickly, it has a great picture.

This thing is amazing. Supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision! There aren’t a ton of 4K blu rays with vision but it’s great for future proofing. Load times are quick.

I do not have internet service so I watch a lot of dvds! Easy for me to set up and use. My son installed the first one and I just placed the wires where he had the other ones.et

I don't think missing key components of the product qualifies for "excellent" condition. Customer service was nice but didn't really offer any solutions othet than a return. Otherwise I really like the player.

I Have Never Had A 4K Player Before But I Decided To Finally Get One Since I Recently Purchased An OLED TV. For One, The Device Itself Looks Kind Of Ugly And Bland In Pictures And Reviews Online But In Person Its Actually Quite Sleek. The 4K Upscaling Is Absolutely Amazing And Blew My Expectations Out Of The Water. As For The Overall Quality Of 4K UHD Discs, It Makes Everything So Much Better Looking Than Streaming Counterparts.

Instructions should be more explicit. After watching movie disc have trouble figuring out how to go back to TV mode. Picture and sound are great. Over all satisfied. Just slow learning curve on usage.

It is exactly what I needed, and below $200 (including tax)!
