Constantly freezing/skipping--very annoying!!!

However, mine is one of the many players that has been cursed with the problem of constantly freezing and skipping during regular blu ray and 4K movies. Thus, I am very dissatisfied and either want a refund or a working model.

Also like that it favors the disc player function over the streaming services, it makes quick to get into a movie. When it’s on sale this is a great value!

Purchased for the Atmos surround sound and the picture is 1000% amazing. Used the price match for an even better deal after original purchase.
