Constantly freezing/skipping--very annoying!!!

However, mine is one of the many players that has been cursed with the problem of constantly freezing and skipping during regular blu ray and 4K movies. Thus, I am very dissatisfied and either want a refund or a working model.

But.. in a months time I've had it basically crash twice, become unresponsive to controller input in both occasions, pause video one time, then start showing random movie images as it reversed the movie without a warning. Had to unplug it both times to get it to work again. 4K picture looks great when it works, sometimes I'll get video stutter and audio will de sync, gotta pause and start again. Or just random second stops in movies. As far as streaming goes on the device I haven't touched those, I'll use my TV apps or the PS4 when needed.
