Had one issue at first, sometimes it would go to static when navigating to the main menu. But, a software update appears to have remedied the problem.

For grownups that have put away their toys.

So far so good no matter what DVD is played. I did not want a fancy anything fancy or that would take away from the neo-industrial look of the living room which shows little to no big labels which I find offensive. I also wanted a simple remote which came with batteries.
