4k disc playback defect / skips
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came to learn and experience just after my return window ended that this player has a major defect, and that is BD-100 4k discs regularly skip during playback. No scratches on these discs I’ve played, I assure you. Dolby vision support looks great but this is a ridiculous, unacceptable defect, as half if not most 4k discs available are BD-100s.

4K DVD

The major problem I had was freezing issues. Some movies I had no problem. I tried playing the same disc I had freezing with x700 on UB820 and had no problem. It's unfortunate because the x700 did everything I needed but the freezing is a deal breaker for me.
