I was not disappointed. This does an excellent job of playing and upconverting disks. My blu-rays have never looked better. DVDs are upconverted and their images on a 4K television are excellent. As I have a Sony television, setup of the remote was incredibly easy, I just pushed one button and the remote was linked to the television.

Easily swapped out my old Bluray player and plugged in this one. TV even asked to change display setting once it saw the 4k discs played from the UHD player. Great deal for the money!
