Picked this up right before Christmas to replace one on her older tv. I was able to move all her online services over to it and consolidate the tech gear she had to use. Nice interface, simple enough to use. She loves it.

It was time to upgrade. No problems with it at all. I love the way both the tv and DVD player tell me when software updates are available and just go out to the web to grab them. So easy. No worries if you buy this.

I've always liked Sony products so I didn't let that equipment failure alter my decision to buy this unit. It hasn't receive a lot of usage so far but it works well and setup was straight forward.

My wife uses the apps and they are not user friendly
