I've always liked Sony products so I didn't let that equipment failure alter my decision to buy this unit. It hasn't receive a lot of usage so far but it works well and setup was straight forward.

He has had no issues with this unit, and the image quality coming from it is great.

Not bad, not too expensive

Only problems so far are that the Sony site wouldn't connect at first for a software update, and sometimes I have to switch audio sources to get audio to sync back up after skipping chapters.

Explained the problem to your salesperson and he advised me that I needed a 4K DVD player. He was awesome and very knowledgeable on the subject. Couldn't ask for more, thanks a million.

Have not use it yet but Sony always build good quality products. I will come back if i have a issue with the player or any other issues i have with my other Sony products
