Last year's B-Day Gift for our son was a 65" 4k Ultra TV. Because we always went the Very Best, we always shop only at Best Buy. And in my opinion, Sony is the Very Best for our family.

This player is easy to use, and never temperamental. It's a safe buy.

The device freezes often. Many times cannot watch an entire movie without it freezing. Just recently the entire device stopped responding. Will not even turn on any longer. I am extremely disappointed that a Sony device would provide such a poor user experience.

If the freezing occurs during streaming, please make sure that your internet connection is stable.
