Sync issues

It has plenty of options in regards to audio and video settings. The video that comes through appears to have no issues and comes across as crisp and clear. This is the case in 4k UHD as well as standard HD disks. The audio on the other hand is a problem. Playing HD disks, it works fine as expected. When I play UHD disks, the audio and video lose sync more and more as the movie goes on. I've worked with Sony tech support, folks on the AVS forums, and done a multitude of troubleshooting and reconfigurations. No matter what, this issue still remains.
