First glitched out about halfway through any 4k movie. System menus and home screen have the viewing quality of something from the early 2000's, not sure why Sony can't spend a few $$'s to have their system look nice on the TV. Anyways, new unit seems to work fine and haven't had any further issues.

One in 2021 lasted 3 years because I didn't use it very often. Froze up, displayed black screen and just wouldn't play disks or stream. The second one was purchased on June 20 2024. Plugged it in and haven't used it till just a few days ago. It worked for a few minutes then same thing happened. taking it back.
