    Huge player and remote control, menu looks like from the 90's, movies don't look good at all! I will continue using my Xbox as a player instead of this 4K player.

    Sounded ok, but returned it for the samsung Q950T. The samsung sound better.

    The remote for the 4k player did not work at all. Returned to Best Buy and swapped out for another one. When returning home the same issue with the new system, remote will not work. Returned the system for my money back.

    i received this in a box that was not damaged at all and when i opened it the player had been dropped a couple of times from the damage to 2 corners and i opened it and the player itself was cracked badly. they put it in the shipping box like that because of no damage to the shipping box,that is how they treat customers THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU GET my advice buy in store at least you know what you are getting. VERY BAD BUSINESS they will not last any longer with that customer service. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT that i cannot give but at least i can give it to best buy. good luck having things sent to you.
