    This system froze too many times so I returned it for a better model. From day one the system would lock up or freeze to the point I had to pull the plug! Pressing the physical power button for 20 seconds did nothing. Trying to eject the disc and it would freeze up. Streaming video was great but anything with a disc would freeze.

    I had high hopes but 3 movies tested and 3 movies froze at around 1 hour and 15 minutes. I downgraded to the 700 model from Sony and had no issues with the same 3 movies

    Audio/Video is very good. Troubleshooting: Something goes wrong and freeze even a brand new one and the open-box. I will have to unplug and plug it and it works again. For this account, I have to return it.

    My review good for 25 points honestly having it for a year I haven’t even plugged it in couldn’t tell you a thing about it don’t even know if it works just wanted to use my points up before they disappeared don’t know how many more times I’ll do that
