Apparently like all DVD players, if a disc is assorted wrong, there's no way to get it out without ruining the thing. That's not Best Buy's fault. It's probably a deliberate a design to force us to buy more of these contraptions.

I haven't really tested any of the streaming apps on it I got it strictly for the 4k blu ray capability and it hit it out of the park for the value.

Best Buy Open Box Miss

It’s easy to operate, even with manually changing the settings for Dolby. It’s also responsive whenever I need to move forward or go back. I knocked one star off for the open-box guarantees. I bought this item as open box excellent, and it was NOT restored to factory settings. As a matter of fact, there was still a DVD inside, AND the language settings were not restored to the original. It was in Spanish, and I had to restore factory settings myself with a little help from Google Translate. I’m glad I saved money, but Best Buy needs to do a better job norming its procedures for returns. It was disappointing to buy an “excellent” item, and it was immediately clear that no one bothered to turn it on when it was returned.
