    The Sony 16-35mm F4 Lens is a great wide angle lens!, really sharp images and video. Great for Real Estate, and video. not the best for lowlight, but with good lighting its really sharp.

    The 16-35mm f/4 is a good lens for daytime outdoor handheld, and on gimbal. Great lighting is needed for indoors.

    I purchased this lens with the intention of using it for video. I took it on vacation last month to Punta Cana in the DR and it did not disappoint one bit. All my video work was pretty sharp and although I didn’t have that much of a zoom range it was awesome to be able to get all the beautiful pristine shots in paradise. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking to do video with it, I know you may not have the 2.8 but F4 is plenty great even in the evening or under low light situations.

    It is pricey, but you DO get what you paid for. I love the wide to medium zoom range. It's tack sharp and amazing for video.

    I really don't think I will ever need to buy another lens. This lens allows me to catch the shot at any distance and with great clarity. I am happy now own this lens to record and shoot my shots any time of day.

    The focus is really quiet and smooth, which is huge for video. With landscapes you notice very little distortion on the edges.
