Not the best sound, and actually not the best for jogging because the back neck piece is sort of heavy. Well..... I always keep one ear unplugged so I can hear my surroundings while running outdoors, so that may be why its heavy. Weighted back of neck piece isn't evenly weighted. I wear them while on Peloton, walking and use them at work and around the house, and I have no problem with them then. Nice for the price
