I’m dissatisfied with the performance of this item. Four hour battery charge is annoying. Working twelve hour shifts, and the headset holds a full battery charge for four only four hours, makes this headset unable to be used for the time that the headset requires to be at a hundred percent charge, and as for being on a extended ride on my motorcycle makes the headset useless. The noise canceling option performance is outstanding, and an attractive function for this headset. The overall operation of this headset is below my expectation of the performance of this item.

The headset only last like 6 hours !!! Not good at all for longevity !!!! The volume only goes up so loud ..!!!! Not good at all !!!! It doesn’t stay on your neck very well. For the money....not a good buy. There is better out there , for sure. I am disappointed by this product. Normally , Sony , makes good product....but not this time. Look for something else. You will Thank Me later. Your welcome !!!!

I am biased when it comes to "brands" and Sony is consistently at or near the top of my list but my expectations are high as well. Normally Sony does not disappoint, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this model solely due to the battery life which is well below the advertised 6 hours. Other Sony models warn when the battery is low and provide a little time to gracefully switch to another headset. Not with this one. I started to hear the warning and but before the warning completed, the headphones died. I fully charged the headphones and tried again, but had a repeat experience at 4½ hours and 4 hours respectively. I would have returned them if I hadn't lost them. 1. Noise Canceling is very good - 10 out of 10 2. Ergonomics is also very good - 10 out of 10 3. Audio Very good all around - 10 out of 10 4. Battery life (bad - zero) - 0 out of 10 Note that I own both the WH-CH700N and the H900N.

Great quality short battery life. There are a lot of other amazing headphones that last just as long. However the quality of the sound is really there

Wanted noise-canceling earbuds instead of standard ones to replace a $30 set I purchased years ago that had stopped working. For $130, I expected this headset to be a substantial improvement. Unfortunately, it's about the same as the one I bought before. Positives: Reasonably comfortable, packs well, average audio quality. Not complicated to use. Negatives: No noise cancelling effect detectable (I have several noise-canceling headphones in a similar price range to which I compared these), the buds dangle when not in the ear instead of folding inside the unit and have nearly been torn off when wearing but not listening, the battery life is only about 4 hours compared to my $30 unit's 8 hours. Overall: For an extra $100 compared to what I had been using, I'm not getting a lot. Will not purchase again.

Good noise cancelation. Has good features on the app through which it gets connected to the phone. The headphones switches off after a period of non use to conserve battery. I see that as a con because not able to just have the headphones on without any music.

I bought these headphones about a month ago. The sound quality is excellent. They need to be a bit stiffer so they stay around your neck. Mine keep falling off. That is the only reason I give them 4/5 for quality.

The sound is decent. Battery life is weak and the on off switch is not the easiest to engage without actually looking at the button. Price wise if it’s on sale it’s a good back up set of headphones

The sound is amazing. I can hear everything clearly and I have partial hearing loss. The only issue I have is battery life and knowing when it is off.

They sound good. Sound canceling is fairly effective. Battery life is lacking. I travel a lot. These do not have sufficient battery capacity to make it through a full day of use.

Clarity is good! Battery life sucks (instructions say 6 hr.) I believe the charge runs low while not in use, cuts off on it's own and you have to reconnect constantly! I have not used the noise cancellation enuf to know if does or not - still learning where the button are located on the bluetooth itself. It's a Sony so I'm trusting it to last at least 2 years or better. Despite some of the 2 main nuances, I'll have to get use to it.

Noise cancellation is cool. Kinda annoying that it's on by default leading to bad battery life. Good other than that small annoyance

Pretty easy to use it high quality i recommend this product to everyone who like to be in the road

Good product from Sony for great sound. Only minus was access to control buttons to play, rewind , pause etc.

I bought my dad these for his birthday this year. He is a truck driver so he uses these EVERYDAY, he needed headphones that allow him to pick-up/ hang-up/ speak and hear clearly.. he’s had other headphones BUT THESE HAVE BEEN THE BEST! they are easy to operate for him, comfortable to wear for long hours, and from being on the other side of the phone THE QUALITY OF HIS VOICE IS GREAT! I can hear him clearly, no more loud truck noise/ driving in the background, no loss of connection. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these! Best purchase!

This has been the best headset I've purchased ( and I've purchased a lot). I can hear as well as be heard clearly. When fully charged the headset has an amazing hold time. A year later and my only issue is the cover near the charging port is beginning to separate and since I have protection...even that is an easy fix!!!

Very light, great sound quality, and noise cancellation feature is great!

Truly, I have always purchased LG wireless headphones. But the sound quality & overall quality have been diminishing for the last couple of years. And there customer service was horrible. So I decided to try sony after the representative at Best Buy recommend them and actual I love them. They are very light weight and the sound quality is great so far. Noise cancelling great.

They are great at noise cancelling but fall out of my ears sometimes.

Very user friendly. Will notify you through the ear plugs when it has been turned on (or off) and hooked to wifi. Also, when the battery is low. Sound is very good. No fading or cutting out. Original price was $150 but I purchased in on sale for $100. A good value.
