They sound awesome, they are lightweight, and the batter life lasts for 13 hours with both noise cancelling and bluetooth on.

I bought these when they were on sale a few days ago. I was thrilled about the noise-cancelling, bluetooth, and wireless capabilities. After using them for a week or so, I don't think they are that great for the money. The noise-cancelling barely works and just uses white noise to cancel out existing sound. The sound quality is decent, but I still prefer my M50x's. The Bluetooth works perfectly; I tested with my Android device running KitKat and it had no problems. The wireless range is also fantastic; I was a good 30 feet with no loss in quality .Overall, these are good if you need wireless or bluetooth, but for noise-cancelling I recommend something like the Bose QC 25,

Great, excellent sounding headphones. They are extremely comfortable and sound great, with or without the noise cancelling feature turned on. Also, unlike the Bose and other noise cancelling headphones, these are rechargeable, and don't require AAA batteries. Excellent value for the money!

These are some really nice headphones. Noise canceling isn't the best but for the price you can't beat it! Super comfortable and the battery last a very long time!

I bought this one when it was onsale. The design and the sound quality is good, just the build quality is not up to my expectation. But for the price, it does both Bluetooth and active noise canceling reasonable well, I wont complain:)

I've always been looking for a good set of bluetooth wireless headphones, but I was always hesitant to buy a pair because of the issue of running out of batteries during use. These headphones can be used wirelessly via bluetooth and can also be used wired with the provided cable and the headphones do not need to be powered on.
Noise canceling feature isn't the best, but I did not buy these as one of the main selling points (at least for me it wasn't). If the noise canceling feature was a little better in blocking out noise, I would've given 5 stars.
Also, these headphones come with a soft carrying pouch, but no hard carrying case, so another reason for me giving it 4 stars.
Other than the mediocre noise canceling and no hard carrying case, headphone sound quality is excellent via bluetooth and wired.

The audio output of the Sony MDR-ZDX770BN/B is very mice.
The quality of the Sony in Bluetooth mode is as good as what you will get when using it in the wired mode. To get the best sound quality, press and hold the Vol+ button and then press the Power ON button. The LED blinks 3 times to let you know you are in the best sound quality mode. If you don't use it in this mode on, first time use, (that is, Best Quality), you will miss the superb sound output from this unit. In fact, you may even write it off. Just don't!
Pairing up with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 via NFC is super convenient. the connectivity is also very good even with long distance.

A very good choice for listening with external noise issues. Lightweight and controls are easy to use. Charges quickly. Noise cancelling feature is a bonus. Would have liked a protective case that prevents damage to the headphones

I bought this headphones for 150$. The material quality and sound quality is excellent. It is light and comfortable on my head. The sound is very clear. I used to own a Beat Studio Wireless with Noise Canceling. The Beat was almost 350$ but didnt bring as much as value as Sony. Recommend it!!!

One, If Not, The Best Noise Canceling Headphones

At $230 dollars, $70 dollars less than Bose, Sony hit the mark. I had tried another brand, took them back and got this based upon what an employee had told me.
The Great:
Easy to pair with Android or any phone that has NFC. Touch phone to left earpiece, and its paired via Bluetooth.
Can use, when linked to your phone, to make calls. Has a built in microphone and you can answer and cancel calls. Have not tested this feature to give an opinion on how the call sounds.
Comes with an AUX cable. According to the directions, you can use this even when battery dies.. I used the AUX cable to hear the quality of the audio and the audio seems to be almost as good as the Bluetooth. Sony says the audio might suffer a little, but if so, its not much. (I have hearing loss in both ears. Not deaf, but outside noise makes it almost impossible to understand dialog)
Lightweight, maybe a little "bulky" compared to Bose.
Earpiece fits nicely over my ear with almost no discomfort. Easy to adjust earpiece.
Great sound. Does not have the deep base of Bose or Beats, but its a great sound.
The noise cancellation works very, very well.
I tested these in the parking lot of store as an emergency vehicle passed by. These cut the outside sound to almost nothing and when I turned the volume up a little bit, the outside word disappeared completely.
Unlike the Bose and Plantronics, no hissing when little to no ambient noise is present, even when no audio is being played this still cuts out the outside noise.
Pairs to two devices easy enough.
Quick charge time. I am not sure how long the battery lasts, but today they have been on my head for 5 hours watching movies and listening to music. and still going strong.
The Good:
The headphones get slightly warm around my ears, but nothing compared to the Plantronics BackBeat Pro I returned. Compared to the Bose, as far as comfort and heat, they are almost the same. Bose is slightly less weight, not by much.
The build quality seems to be high. The earpiece is not leather but its soft and subtle and feels good.
The volume and track / phone buttons are easy enough to find on the right earpiece.
The NC button, located on the left side, sits a little on the backside of the earpiece and takes a moment to find. I am sure this will become second nature the longer I use these headphones. The NC, when turned on (green light next to button will illuminate) will cut the audio out for roughly 3 seconds or so, this is to measure the ambient noise and then the headphones will choose one of three settings. It works well.
Even with the NC turned off, the audio is still high quality.
The Not so Good:
The power button is very difficult to locate. The button is narrow and long, but there is no tactile feel to locate it. The button is even with the shell of the earpiece and its difficult to find in the dark.
The charging USB cable is very short, like less than 12 inches.
Overall, this headphone is a winner, not just because of the price, but because Sony delivered on this model.
Consider taking a hard look at this over Beats and Bose.
