Sony over the ear cordless headphones have not disappointed. Grear sound quality and comfort from the ear padding. Respectable brand name and reasonable price compared to some other similar products.

I sit on the phone all day long so I picked up a pair to use. They are pretty firm against the ears. This is good as they don't move but they do apply some pressure to the ears. Sound quality is good. It can pair over bluetooth or NFC. I have used them with my iPhone and Samsung Galaxy. It works equally as well on either device. There are controls for answering, your phone, pressing play, fast forward, rewind, volume and power. It uses a micro usb port to charge the unit. I wish it had the ability to be connected to two devices simultaneously like other Sony products, but it works as advertised.

I bought these for my son and I've been using them. The sound is great and no wires to worry about. The battery life is like 14hrs and easy to recharge. I'm going to buy a set for myself.

I got these when the were on sale for 70 dollars and they are more comfortable than the cheaper pairs and the sound is great if you don't like alot of bass

We needed a moderately priced good sounding over the ear head phones. These fit the bill quite nicely. Comfortable to wear with great sound.

Easy to pair, battery life is awesome, crisp and loud sound. Didn't have a chance to test the noise canceling yet, but the sound is amazing. Worth the money so far.

For SONY the sound is great and at this price point, I got a good set of cans that work/bluetooth easily with all my devices so far.

Fit perfect on his head. Don't have to worry about my son shutting the wires in car door and breaking them. Hooked up to his phone perfectly to listen to music.

I purchased these for my 11 year old son and he absolutely loves them! they are very comfortable and the sound quality is amazing.

The sound is great, they are well made. My only complaint is that they are not really comfortable if you want to lay down in them. I have been in search of the perfect pair of headphones for falling asleep while watching TV. This is as close as I have come to being perfect, falling a bit short for that purpose. These are not noise cancelling but I do not hear anything at all very much with these on, so they seem like noise cancelling to me.

Sony. They've been doing this for a while. Headphones I mean. I am an audiophile, so please excuse any specific terminology. Let me tell you, I love headphones. Love the escape they provide. That being said, I own 12 different pairs from various manufacturers in total. 3 of which are bluetooth, LG Tone Ultra, Plantronics Backbeat Go 2 (both in ear) and these Sony over the ear type. Next here is is a very important point - the source of the sound you are listening to is CRUCIAL. Look at it like this. MP3 music, like Apples AAC, are compressed files. Unlike CD quality, they save space on various portable devices and can sound pretty good streaming at 320kbs or higher. These are bluetooth headphones. When comparing them, remember those 2 things. Source of the music, and wireless bluetooth. The chips are stacked against them from the beginning for that very reason. When you listen to MP3's over bluetooth, you first remove the wire (figuratively), then you have compressed the audio with an mp3 file. I have been listening to these for 8 days straight now. I believe in burn in, the process of loosening up the drivers in the headphones. They will sound better a week later, please believe me. The Sony's use large 40mm drivers. Thats a good thing, providing the more accurate almighty bass that has been becoming more and more popular of late. But there are other aspects to sound too, the highs and mids. Getting all three to perform properly together is not an easy thing to do! Some headphones are overly bass heavy, drowning out the fine nuances of the mids (voices mainly) and highs (treble.) I believe Sony has hit a homerun with these! The highs are natural sounding, clear and precise. The mids are up front pronounced and accurate, producing the music as it was meant to be heard. The bass is perfect. Not boomy by drowning out the highs and mids. So why am I listening to $150 headphones if I am so critical to begin with? Because they are Sonys. They deserve a listen. The specs are readily available, unlike Bose and Beats. That bugs me. I want to know the technical parameters of my headphones from the manufacturer! How else can I draw a comparison on paper before giving them a listen? I know Beats are very popular. Big names sell. Dr. Dre. Apple. Bose too. Watch any pro football game and Bose is all they use on field (great advertising). I am not a producer. I am not a football player. I am your neighbor, a portable and home audio/home theater enthusiast with an ear that can determine precise aspects of sound and musical instruments. For bluetooth headphones, I doubt you will find a more realistic, fun, over the ear headphone for anywhere under $200. I tell you I am just floored. They sound as great as my wired V-Moda XS on ear. They sound as great as my wired Audio Technica M40x. All the while providing a fun listening experience for all types of music and home theater. I mainly listen to classic rock, hard rock, blues and hip hop. I am listening to them right very now on my laptop with Spotify Premium at 320kbs mp3 quality. Just love them! I especially like the high definition sound, while not sounding too sterile. They are tuned somewhat V shaped, not totally flat like studio monitors. Thats a good thing because these are for pleasure and should be fun to listen with. The soundstage is wide, providing precise and clear voice and music reproduction. The fit is snug and secure but very padded and comfortable for long listening times, even if you wear glasses, like me. What really amazes me the most is that they are bluetooth wireless. It is just incredible! They sound is af if they are wired, not wireless bluetooth. The range is amazing, 30 ft. or so. They hold a charge for a long time, like a week or more, depending on your listening time. Lastly, please read the ONLINE NON pdf user manual for something I learned from another reviewer. If you turn these on normally, they are set to the default normal battery saver mode sounding a bit dull and unpolished. However, If you press the volume up button along with the power button while turning them on (hold both down), you can increase the overall depth, clarity and bass and put them in power mode. The only downside, they hold less charge, very minimally. This is confirmed by a succession of 3 blue LED's on the headphones afterwords. Here's my honest, unbiased advice... Just buy them! If you can get them on sale, great. If not, that's great too. Freedom of movement (look ma, no wires) along with the over the ear isolation and quality sound is nothing short of incredible!

These headphones are quite affordable, and sound great! Very good battery life as well.

I was looking for a good quality sounding BT headset that wouldn't break the bank. Read several reviews and watched youtube videos about these and multiple others and settled on these after listening to them in the store. I don't pay a tremendous amount of attention to bad reviews because most of them are bogus. Was wanting the MDR-10RBT's but not available so settled for these. Very happy with my purchase. I detest Beats and am not much of a Bose fan either (bought a pair for my wife and hate them), Skullcandy was not even considered. JBL's were tempting but just too bulky, even though I am a JBL fan. These sound great with just the right amount of clear highs, not too much mid-range and sufficient base for me. Battery life is incredible and pairing is a breeze. FYI, I work for a professional audio/video company so i think I know a little bit about what I am talking about. Just wish they had a corded option but so far haven't needed it. Mic works as well as can be expected and sound isolation is decent as well. I did buy the extra protection plan as well in case I drop them or step/sit on them, they don't feel like they will hold up under too much pressure. Great product so far for the money, glad I bought them and recommend them to anyone on a budget. If you want to lay down some heavy cash, go with some high dollar Sennheisers.
