Just in 2 Months, the touch screen struck most of the time and touch sense on edges is even worst. I feel bad and helpless since I went to buy open box in Best Buy.

Good price, execelent phone, really fast pricessor and great camera

the phone is not as wide as most 5" phones so you actually get less screen, and it's only 720p but it's a very decent phone the back is kinda flimsy like paper thin plastic not that it's a problem but it is weird. i've already dropped it a few times the gorilla glass 4 screen is extremely durable seems like it was made to last i'm not even going to bother with a screen protector ultra scratch resistant. there are better phones out there for $200 but if you like the customized xperia apps this is the best budget option.

Excellent phone. Nice camera and large size makes viewing movies and photos very enjoyable. I recommend this phone.

Signal is absolutely Horrible!!!!!!!!!! All of us at home have AT&T phones. Only Sony XA1 Phone is always not reachable.

I bought this phone in a hurry in Dec. '17, because there were no other phones available for in-store pickup right away and my then-current phone's battery was getting bad. Although the phone looks slick, the hardware and overall quality of this phone is absolutely horrible. Less than 8 months into owning this phone, the perimeter of the screen stopped responding. I cannot type the letters at the edge of the screen, I cannot click on the icons at the edge of the screen, I cannot slide down the notification bar. Also, they tout the quality of the camera in this phone. Frankly, it is all a hype and lie. The camera on my Nexus P still outperforms this phone's camera under any condition. Also, the camera sometimes stops taking pictures altogether and instead you see a spinning circle! The boot time of this phone is also very slow. Once you authenticate, you will have to wait for about a minute to be responsive, which is ridiculous. I have a Sony 8 Series Bravia, also bought from BestBuy - which is of great quality. But, as far as the phone, I will never buy another Sony phone!
