The perfect grab and go camera

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Sony ZV-1 is a great grab it, throw it in your pocket and go camera. There’s a few things I’m not crazy about ( mostly button layout ) but for anyone who makes vlogs or short form content and doesn’t want to invest in a bunch of lenses and camera bodies than this is for you. The Focal range is equivalent to a full frame camera at 24mm-70mm and the f/1.8 at 24mm is bright, at 70mm it stops down to f/2.8 but you still get a nice out of focus background. Videos are 4K and sharp, with amazing autofocus. If you want slowmo videos you get ( 240, 480 and 960 fps )which is in 1080p.

I wish it had more battery life but , that’s why you buy extra batteries. Perfect to start vloging. I purchased a wide camera lense on Amazon for it. Just buy it okay ! It’s worth every $

I tested it at home and it was so clear so do the audio through the microphone with no cover on it . It will go in a few days out for more testings but I think it is a must have for $749.00 promo price and don't forget the 18 months with the Best Buy credit card it helps a lot . Again I will say it is a must to have I saw many reviews before I bought it at You Tube you can do the same and get convinced , I have too many cameras but after watching all the reviews I decided to order it and I am glad I did. Purchased 06/09/2020 release day was 06/11/2020 that's when I got it . Just two days ago. see I am a hobbies and have the SONY Pro 35mm Camcorder PXW-FS5M2 where still learning how to use VS this you can just turn on and shoot plus taking a perfect Videos .

Photo Quality is Perfection

The quality is stunning both for video + photos. I am a photographer and produce short vlogs for myself + clients. Not only is the video quality great but so is the photo quality. So i'm this kind of indecisive person. I want the canon g7x mark iii then im like hmmm i havent tried sony. crossed reviews for weeks and could not come up with an answer. until i read a comment that said JUST DO IT. so like the programmed mind tends to do, OBEY. I got it at a low price since the charger was missing but flex for me I unknowning had a charger at home and i could just use the usb if if i really had to. still testing out the camera. this review was based on the experience. It's okay if you don't have the money to buy the full brand new one. I took the chance and ended up getting a good deal. I'm starting to like going to BB versus that other place online. Support your locale brick and motars! we need them! where else are you going to get the best buy? my whole childhood would be ruined

Great camera for trips

The photo quality is good and the video is OK as well. It’s a great first camera and does take you away from focusing on your phone. The new version has touch screen so if you can afford it I would get that. Plus the USB on this one is an old one. They had to pay $16 in Europe because they lost the original. SMH.

Best money ever spent

The pictures come out so GOOD!!! Nice and clear PERFECT! I was worried about the fact that it didn’t come without a flash but than didn’t really care because the pictures and video were good. Now at night it’s now going to come out as good but overall this is worth it.
