Very great product very easy to use take very good pictures

This camera has been on my Christmas list for years and I’ve finally purchased one. The quality is phenomenal, it’s very lightweight, and easy for beginning vloggers (good if you do not want a lot of attention while filming around crowds). The battery life is good as well, I do recommend getting a spare if you’re recording the full day. Pictures are also great, love the color grading. Best investment and I would definitely buy another!

I haven't had the camera for very long but I like it a lot so far. I'm a decently experienced photographer but I wanted to try out vlogging and this gets the job done. The picture quality isn't that great but the video and microphone quality is pretty good for one this cheap. I like how small and portable it is, as well as the flip screen. I also like that it can connect to my phone to transfer photos, and that it can connect to my computer to be a webcam. It's not super user friendly, there's a lot of trial and error, but overall it's really good if you're just starting out vlogging, wouldn't recommend for photography.

What an absolutely great camera, especially for the price. If you want to have a small hand sized camera that you can take with you anywhere and get real solid content, whether vlog or not, this camera will work for you. Using this vertically as well makes TikTok’s, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc stand out with quality. The microphone with the wind screen is pretty darn good too. It helps a lot. If $500 is your limit, I’d suggest this camera.

Originally bought this camera for the Eras Tour in New Orleans! This camera has great quality for up close videos and it's super easy to carry around. I'm a newbie at camera, so I didn't know that it didn't come with an additional lens nor a flash. For videos I don't need a flash, but when I wanted to take some pictures I did want a flash. You can purchase additional accessories like a flash attachment if you are mainly taking videos. The zoom is good, but not for long distance. Probably could do 20 feet max. It was perfect for the concert, and the audio quality was perfect. Only wish the zoom was better and I could see Taylor better in the videos. ( but that's my bad for not doing research) Otherwise this camera is perfect for vacations where you want to video your travels/family/friends!

Grabbed this little gem for a road trip and game changer it packs 4K magic a flipping screen and auto focus that actually follows you not your cat. Don’t expect Spielberg level but close enough when you’re front and center lightweight and steals the show every time if confidence had a camera, this would be its face!! Highly recommend!

The ZV‑1F has a cold shoe only, so there is no way for the camera to trigger a flash through the shoe, and it has no built‑in flash either. • That means it’s great for video with a small LED light or mic on top, but not a good choice for casual “party pictures with flash” where you just turn on a flash and press the shutter. • If you try to fix this with LED panels or ring lights, the camera gets noticeably bulkier and loses the compact, throw‑in‑your‑bag feel.

A decent video camera. It has 4K or lower qualities, lots of settings, easy to capture footage and photos, lightweight, good looking. The slow motion feature is also pretty good. I bought this with me on an international trip a few months ago. Good for vloggers and content creators. Some cons are that the focus is so bad. Other video cameras and even iPhones have much better stability than this. On playbacks, the footage is so distorted and shaky. It gives you a headache. Also, the microphone picks up too much the movement and contact with the camera making videos unbearable to watch in full. I have added some other accessories like the Sony bluetooth stand and the Sony ECMG1 Shotgun Microphone.

Omg I am in LOVE with this camera. I’ve been doing YouTube and social media for about 2 years and this is the PERFECT first time camera after deciding to get serious in my content. The price was really cheap compared to other cameras, it had super high quality, touch screen, and it’s so easy to carry around. It also takes amazing pictures not just videos but you will need to buy a flash separately - I highly recommend getting this camera!!

this camera is very beginner friendly. i adjusted the settings to my own liking and can say a few things about it so far. the coloring may be a bit dull and the exposure has to be readjusted depending on the light condition of your environment. i have to say my iphone is better at adjusting to the light than this camera. however, the quality is actually pretty good. if you use 4k resolution it will drain your battery rapidly more than what i thought it would. overall i wouldn’t exactly recommend this camera simply because i would rather stick to my phone but it’s not terrible either.

I gotta say I'm impressed with this thing. For the price it really is a solid piece of kit. Up to 4k30 p, with solid color science and the ability to shoot in slog, very impressive for the price. Definitely turn off the in body stabilizer and the product shot mode to get the best out of the lens and autofocus. I'd suggest a small gimble or at least the vlogging kit that Sony offers. The zv-1 mkii might offer more features, and the zv-e10 may be a better choice in the long run if you plan on doing other video work. but if you're not sure where to start looking for a simple, easy to use, run and gun bts/ vlogging camera and can deal with it's quirks, it's a pretty solid option.

oh my God I literally love this camera. This camera has done so much for me since I’ve got it. It has the best quality it’s easy to program and it’s just so much fun is travel size so it can fit anywhere in the suitcase book bag you name it get your camera and start that YouTube or live stream now I would definitely recommend this camera for any small content creators or anyone that wants to get out there and explore the world and record and have a safe place to have your videos. I recommend this camera 10/10 would recommend.

Better than I expected. Quality is great battery lasts about 2 hours and I bought other batteries and you also have to buy a sim card but the camera is very good for a first camera I love it

We needed a camera for our Hawaii vacation and decided to go with the Sony ZV-1F creator bundle, after comparing it with GoPro 11 creator edition. We are very satisfied with the camera as it takes great photos and videos even with the limited zooming capabilities of this camera. The settings are also very easy to navigate. The camera has great video quality. The microphone quality is also amazing. Picture quality does require natural sunlight but it is still really beautiful quality.

Purchased this camera on January 22nd. I am still finding my perfect settings for vlogs but it took amazing pictures right out of the box! I love it and can’t wait to use it more.

I bought this for my trip to San Fran and I love how my pictures came out! it is super easy to use and fits perfectly in my purse. I do wish it came with a light but I bought a separate attachment

Most of the complaints about this camera are coming from people who are trying to use it for more than just vlogging/ filming videos strictly for posting on YouTube. This is Sony’s intro vlogging camera & it does the job that it is being marketed and made for. The camera itself is light and compact and you can pretty much use it straight out the box. Also, I haven’t had any trouble with the battery life like others have stated. I think as long as you charge it before going out and you’re not trying to use it to livestream outside, you should be fine. The only con I would have to point out would be its zoom or lack thereof.. but I guess it’s meant more for up close filming anyway. Phenomenal camera for a phenomenal price! The image and photo quality is 4K and really clear. It’s super easy to use, and you can even connect it to your phone which is awesomeeee!!! The ability to face the screen of the camera front and backwards so you can take and record selfies or regular is great
